Light and airy with stunning views over salcombe
The only down side if I’m being super picky would be blackout curtains in the bedrooms in summer as it was light and bright very early.

Nice Property, views etc. Spacious and quiet. Parking was actually easy this time as so few were booked.
Have to collect keys from the management company, right in the middle of Salcombe with no parking! why not do what everybody else does and have a key box and email guest the code. lots of things were all about the management company, and put effort on the customer! I had to suddenly go abroad for work, but they would let us make ANY changes, despite the fact the following week was not booked. My wife ended up going with her sister. That felt TOTALLY unnecessary and money grabbing. all the other rules from the management company on rubbish, stripping beds etc. needs to be a bit more customer focussed. Also, be aware it is really steep getting up and down - hard walk.
