Climbing up the steps to your front door, you will enter into a beautifully bright open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with wooden floors throughout. The cool factor is high with stylish cushions, modern dining chairs and full height arched windows at either end of the room. The views are pretty special over Salcombe and changing all the time with the light, tides and weather! This room is a great place for entertaining with friends and family.
Stairs up to the second floor are where you'll find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The stylish master bedroom (kingsize bed) has views over Salcombe and an en suite bath with shower overhead. Next door to this is probably the coolest single bed in Salcombe!
The third bedroom (double bed) is beautifully set-up and is adjacent to the marble floored family bathroom with shower cubicle.
