Clivedale, Salcombe is located on the ever-popular Coronation Road -  just a few minutes’ stroll from the centre of Salcombe and the estuary. This beautifully renovated holiday home offers a stylish coastal retreat - perfect for families or friends looking to enjoy everything that stunning Salcombe has to offer.

A bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed three-bedroom, three-bathroom home set across three floors, Clivedale comfortably hosts up to six guests. With a charming garden, off-road parking, and open plan living spaces, it’s the ideal base for a memorable Salcombe stay.

The ground floor has been completely renovated over the past year and now offers a stunning open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space that flows seamlessly out to the beautiful garden. The styling reflects the same modern, contemporary vibe found throughout the rest of this fabulous holiday home.
 
The Space 

Bedrooms

Main Bedroom – First Floor:
A king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, TV, full-length mirror, and an ensuite shower room with a toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.

Second Bedroom – First Floor (Rear):
Calming tones, comfy double bed, garden views, large chest of drawers, and hanging space.

Third Bedroom – Second Floor:
A peaceful hideaway with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables, and an ensuite WC.

Bonus Snug Room – Second Floor:
A lovely breakout space with a sofa, TV, chest of drawers, and garden views – perfect for relaxing or entertaining younger guests.

All bed linen and towels included (excluding beach towels).

Family Bathroom – First Floor:
Recently refitted with a luxurious free-standing bath, separate shower, vanity unit, toilet, and heated towel rail.

Ensuite Shower Room – Main Bedroom

Step into a lovely garden oasis – ideal for dining under the stars or soaking up the Salcombe sunshine. There are two outdoor seating areas (with the upper terrace offering estuary glimpses), outdoor dining furniture for six, and a BBQ for guest use.

Parking
Off-road parking is available for one medium-sized car directly in front of the property. Additional long-stay parking is a short walk away.


Whether you’re paddleboarding on the estuary, or unwinding in the garden with a glass of wine, Clivedale offers the perfect setting for your Salcombe getaway.

Other Things To Note: 

1) Wifi access throughout this property

2) No smoking, vaping, or candles are permitted inside, in the balcony, or in close vicinity to the building 

3) Given that the accommodation is set over three floors, it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

4) There is no provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes at this development. There are public EV car charging points available locally which we can direct you to.  

5) The hot tap in the kitchen is not for guest used and a kettle is instead provided for guests to use accordingly. 

6) This holiday home does not accept any pets. 

7) All bed linen and towels are included, excluding beach towels.
