About this cottage rental

This ground-floor apartment property, resting within Salcombe house two bedrooms and can sleep up to four people.

3 Melbury is a ground-floor property resting within Salcombe. Within this ground-floor accommodation, you will find a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with zip/link beds. Additionally, you will also find a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the exterior, you will find balcony access and allocated parking for one car. 3 Melbury is a wonderful base for a family getaway to the coast.

There will be outside painting work taking place from 9th September for two weeks , scaffolding up. Contact the office for more information.

Close by are two beaches, comprising of North Sands and South Sands and the National Trust property Overbeck’s is slightly further on. The estuary offers superb watersports facilities including surfing, kayaking and boat trips. Within the town itself, you will find a selection of restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens to suit all.

Really seamless experience for renting a high end property. The only snag was that it was a fair climb from town centre so maybe those not physically fit might want to consider but faultless so far as properties go.
