Excellent location, just minutes from Bempton RSPB and cliffs. Here to see Puffins, and see Puffins we did.
Spacious house, and cheap, the sort of price where you expect things to be just a bit tatty and tired.
and the pub next door was fine.
A few niggles: some easily rectified without spending a lot of money and should be.
Not enough cutlery.
Not all the rooms had towels.
The downstairs shower is not the best.
Only baths upstairs - showers would be better.
Duvet on the double bed was
not big enough.
Ovens not the best - one with seals needing replacing.

Position is very good, excellent pub 60yds away, roomy cottage well laid out, has potential to be even better.
Some cooking facilities were lacking, no frying pan and saucepan size, Note if you are looking for perfection 👌 it's not, it's an excellent stay.

I like how much room there was in the property great cottage perfect for what we needed especially with having two disabled kiddies with us
I thought it could have been cleaner, the bins should have been emptied prior to us coming not finding sanitary pads from previous party’s. The pillows were awful

Location good , good enclosed garden and off road parking.
Tap faulty very loose . Toilet lever broken upstairs , no coffee machine stated there was one . Tin opener no good. Found 2 dirty sock from previous people. Ovens dirty unable to cook in one.
