The rooms a very clean and comfortable

The only issue that i had at the property is that the wifi keeps going on and off. There's no consistant reliable internet connection.

Good clean modern room with balcony. Bottled water and chiller fridge very welcome. Tray breakfast fine and plentiful, though strange not to have a breakfast room where guests could mingle. Decent shower/toilet where everything worked. Good air conditioning. Both EU and UK wall sockets. Helpful, though invisible, staff gave further info via WhatsApp on leaving luggage after checkout time.

To us oldies, online check-in and being sent door codes via WhatsApp rather than meeting a live human being on a reception desk seemed somewhat alien, though we jumped through the hoops OK. It was awkward not having main light switches near the bed head, though.

Beautiful room, balcony view is not the best but still lovely, they provide you with a local snack every time the room is cleaned and the staff are quick and efficient, the tv channels are not the best so bring a fire tv stick or something but overall a 10/10 experience would go again

The balcony chairs are uncomfortable

The location is ok considering is near the port and the bus station but there is also a church real close and every night from 15 to 15 minutes the bells were ringing and we could hear them real loud.

We stayed for two nights and unfortunately we did not have hot water on our arrival and not in the following days until I told the cleaning lady about the problem and she had to check it herself. She did not believe me at first. In the second night we had the same problem and I tried to talk to someone from the hotel but there was no one ever at the reception so I sent a message because the call was rejected. Nothing changed so I called again and actually threatened with a bad review in order for them to do something about the hot water. This is what made them act and solve the problem instantly. In the lobby there was a family also trying to talk to someone because they’ve made a reservation and paid for the rooms and they were told on the interfon that there was nothing available for them. The room seamed clean on a first look but the lamps were full of dust. Even the handle door was full of dust. The towels were very worn and torn! They should be changed! They weren’t even white anymore!
