Villa Athinais

Beautiful location, superb position overlooking the town and bay of Lixouri. Very well equipped Villa with everything we needed for our family get together. Nikos was extremely helpful and the whole experience was extremely smooth.

A beautiful villa and pool. very clean and everything we needed. Its. in a rural setting with lovely views.

nothing except for constant barking of neighbours dogs which interrupted sleep

The villa was very large, 3 good size double bedrooms with plenty of storage space. There are 2 living rooms, both with large smart tvs. Air-conditioned throughout. The 2 bathrooms are wet rooms and there is a separate small kitchen upstairs as well as the main kitchen downstairs. Outside the pool area is lovely surrounded by a mature garden of shrubs and olive trees, beautifully lit at night. There are 2 outside dining areas, one permanently shaded by the brick BBQ (coals and fire starters provided). The house is terraced all round with plenty of places to sit - in shade!

The kitchen is quite small for food preparation

Staying here made our whole trip. The host, Nikos, is the king of the island! He helped us with everything from car rentals to grocery shopping to all the small things that made us feel at home. He is the greatest host I've had anywhere, ever. As for the place - the pictures don't do it justice. It's a huge, isolated yet greatly located Villa with incredible facilities. We have very high standards and they were definitely met. I would highly recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here. Top listing.
