Le ville sono due, adiacenti, noi eravamo nella prima. La casa è bella, comoda e nuova, con bagni e arredi nuovi e tutti di buona qualità, ampia cucina, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, aiuole e piante curate, una grande terrazza, e parcheggio privato. La posizione è piacevolmente tranquilla e silenziosa, nel verde e con vista mare. Si trova a poca distanza in auto dall'affollata Lixouri, dove ci sono tutti i negozi. Nelle vicinanze della casa ci sono un ristorante e una trattoria. Anche il vicino albergo ha un servizio ristorante. La spiaggia più vicina è adatta ai bambini piccoli, con acqua molto bassa.

I soffitti del piano superiore sono bassi, molto scomodi per adulti alti 170 cm o più. La spiaggetta sottostante la villa, a un centinaio di metri in discesa, non è praticabile, e la più vicina spiaggia organizzata è walking distance (una decina di minuti) da fare sotto il sole. Il cane dei vicini, non legato, abbaiava accanitamente e si avvicinava, ogni volta che aprivamo e chiudevamo il cancello. Comunque è risultato innocuo. Per visitare le spiagge belle della zona, bisogna prendere l'auto.

The villa was suitable for our needs: 4 adults and 2 children. The rooms were big enough, clean, with confortable beds. The living room and kitchen had all the facilities that we needed. Dowstairs you have one bathroom with shower and the second toilet. Upstairs, the kids had their own large bed and a bathroom. We loved staying on the terrace during the evenings. It was very quit and with the view at the sea. Nearby, there is a small beach with sport activities for kids and adults. We loved it. The villa has AC in all rooms which was great because it can be very heated in the summer time. The villa is located nearby tavernas accesible by foot or by car. You cam visit from this villa many beaches located nearby. What we loved the most was the warmest guest we could have had. He was very friendly and welcoming, showing up each time when we needed support for recommendatiobs: food, advices for beaches. Very hard working guest that went beyond and above to make our staying lovely. In the living room, you also have a booklet with reccomendations for various tavernas, gift shops, etc. It was a lovely staying and we recomend this villa if you want to visit Kefalonia.

We couldnt see anything that disturbing. This is a villa of a hard working person that makes all possible for the guests to enjoy the hollidays. We are happy that we find this great place.

La posizione perfetta per collegarsi alle strade che portano alle spiagge di tutta la penisola.

Locatia foarte buna, langa o mica plaja salbatica unde puteai avea foarte multa intimitate. Camerele destul de mari si cu multe bai - lucru ce reprezinta un plus in cazul in care sunt cazate mai multe persoane in aceeasi vila.

Ar fi perfect sa existe o atentie mai mare la detalii - aranjarea curtii in spatele casei spre partea cu vedere spre mare ar putea fi imbunatatita, o mentenanta mai buna a echipamentului de producere a energiei solare pentru a nu se intampla intreruperi in furnizare apa sau aer conditionat.
