Food & drinks and lovely sun terrace at the bar, nice pools.
Indoor pool was crowded, wristband system for busy times was not implemented as there were insufficient staff.

Location was good, room was spacious, lots of good choices at the restaurant
The alarm went off at 6am on the Sunday morning & we were outside for 40 minutes. Maintenance man was quick to arrive & turn alarm off, apologised & said the owner was on his way. When he arrived he didn’t engage with us at all, no apology, no explanation. After 20 minutes the fire brigade left & the owner told us we could go back in. Again no explanation or apology. I thought I’d ask of we got a free breakfast, given we were woken so early, his response was that as it was a safety issue he wouldn’t be doing that. It wasn’t that he said no (although a token gesture would have been nice) it was that he didn’t explain, acknowledge or apologise for the inconvenience. We did not get back to the room until 6.45, but when which time we were wide awake. Perhaps he could’ve offered a late check out, or free swim. Not the greatest customer service, especially given he was the owner.
