Large 2-story home (3100 sq. ft.) on top of beautiful Mt. Nebo State Park with a spectacular breathtaking bluff view overlooking the Arkansas River Valley and Lake Dardanelle (10181 Sunrise Circle). It features spacious rooms, all glass living room facing bluff, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths downstairs, 1/2 bath upstairs, central H/A, electric fireplace, screened in porch (586 sq. ft.), linens and towels, kitchen utensils, microwave, gas grill, satellite television/DVD's, Wi-Fi. Pool is located in the state park 2 blocks away. There are no laundry facilities located on the property.
Suitable sleeping accommodations for 2-16 people. 2 queens, 5 double beds (1 built-in) 2 twin beds. Plenty of room outside for kids to have tents, etc. (8 lots).

This was our second family stay at this house. (12 of us; 6 adults, 6 littles) Wish I could include pics. We love it. The back porch is the sweet spot! It is a wonderful place for the whole family to hang out comfortably and enjoy the views day and night, which are spectacular! We love that there is room in the big yard for our kids to play and it’s right across the street from the tennis and basketball courts which was a great fenced in place for them to ride their little toys. The house is so pretty and modern inside with up to date amenities. The bathrooms are nice (great water pressure) The yard and home are well maintained. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. It’s nice that the upstairs has its own central air conditioning too. Staying here is a treat! It’s just simply beautiful! The sunrises are breathtaking. We loved that it was about 10 cooler up there on the mountain than at our house in Central AR. It was 85 and humid at home but 75 and less humid on the mountain. Such a big difference and welcomed break to be able to sit outside comfortably. We enjoyed doing the puzzles we brought out on the porch. Can’t say enough good about this place. If you need a place to slow down while enjoying the best of nature, this is a great place to do that. We WILL be back.
