This Elegant 4,200 sqft., 6 Bedroom/4 Bath Retreat is tucked away on 2 secluded acres and nestled against the Ozark Mountains. Just down from stunning Lake Dardanelle it features 2 Master Suites, Fireplaces, Living Rooms, Kitchens, and Grand Decks; housing 20 guests. While minutes from the Charming Restaurants and Shops in Russellville, and for the Adventurous, a short drive to Mt. Petit Jean, Mt. Magazine, or Mt. Nebo; offering breathtaking Waterfall Hikes and Invigorating Mt. Biking.
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind.
Pet`s are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Pets must be House trained, No more than 2 and Under 30pds (w/o prior approval, some exception with approval), stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency. You are welcome to text if something needs attention.

Our stay was excellent! We were able to seat everyone at the large dining table, which was a huge plus for us. The kitchen was well-stocked with implements, and we were able to make all our meals with ease. It was a bonus being close to Russellville so getting groceries was also simple. Aside from a faint scent of cleaning products that bothered us the first 1-2 days, everything was excellent. We especially appreciated the piano. We spent most of our time visiting the state parks nearby, and were able to relax in comfort at the wonderful house when we were done.

The house was exactly like the description. It was so comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful time there.

The house was beautiful and spacious. Some updates are needed, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. It's perfect for a quiet getaway. It was easy to communicate with the hosts through Vrbo or by phone. They always responded within a reasonable amount of time.
