About this house rental

In light of the COVID-19, we wanted to re-assure all guests that we take cleaning very seriously and have the best and most thorough cleaning crew on Lake Hamilton, safely and properly cleaning the property.

This beautiful single level home sits on just under 300 feet of lakefront property overlooking gorgeous Lake Hamilton. The location just off the main channel on a quiet cove with little boat traffic makes this house perfect for swimming and outdoor activities, house comes with 2 Kayaks for enjoying the lake. The main house includes 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with 2 decks and a lovely sunroom with which to enjoy the evening sunset. With 2 master suites, a queen bedroom, and a room with a set of bunk beds with a trundle, it's perfect for multiple families. The main house also includes 2 wide screen tv'. The adjacent cottage only 20 feet from the main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with 1 queen bed and 3 sets of bunk beds. There is a small kitchen with fridge coffee maker and microwave for you. The cottage also includes a Ping Pong table, Foosball table for entertaining the kids. Uverse programming and wifi for all of the property. The double dock accomodates 2 or more boats and has a great swim deck with awesome views. For a getaway at the lake, this house has it all! Minimum rental - 2 night rental off season, 3 night summer.

Loved staying on the lake and plenty of room for the 10 of us. The house just needs a handyman to spend a day fixing a lot of little things. I reported the issues to the owner and he was unaware of them but hopefully issues will get fixed. Otherwise close to many activities. Needs new carpet as well.

Comfortable beds, relaxing screened in porch. This place gives you the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors from the porch out of the sun and you can still monitor the kids. Nice quiet neighborhood. We brought our bikes but unfortunately the hills were too steep for us to ride. Jason was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. We had 6 kids ages 12-18 and they had a blast. We even took them thrift shopping and they loved it! Plenty antique and thrift shops around within 5 miles

This was a perfect place for us! The cottage was perfect for the six granddaughters and the 3 grandsons slept in the bedroom with the bunk beds in the big house. We all had plenty of space and had a wonderful time!

The home was nice for our family vacation. We really enjoyed the deck, swimming area and boat dock. We had plenty areas for our large family. Although there were a number of issues - very loud squeaky dryer, ice maker not functioning, leaking toilet, broken banister railing around deck with a very steep drop off. Hard wood floors and tiled areas were not clean. If these issues were fixed i would rent this home again but not sure I would with so many things that need attention.

Overall a nice place. Dock was great to end our days with cocktails enjoying the sunshine after a day of golf. The house furniture needs replaced, sofa’s are uncomfortable. The carpet is worn or maybe just needs cleaned. We felt that the various entrance doors need rugs to limit the “tracking” in! We had plenty of room and the kitchen is stocked with coffee pots, pots/pans, etc. We didn’t use the cottage but it would be perfect for kids and teens to hang out.

1- The owner was fantastic with communication!!! 2- Pictures do NOT do this house/cabin justice ! This place is beautiful!!! Very clean beds and other areas. Mattresses were super comfortable. The “cabin” is another house in itself !! We had 6 couples and 4 kids under age of 4. Plenty of privacy and room to scatter. The sunroom and sunrise view was amazing . Will stay again !!!!!!

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. It was spacious, clean and we really enjoyed the lakefront view. We were able to spend an afternoon kayaking in the lake. This property is in a good central location for Hot Springs/central Arkansas activities.

The property was perfect for our family Christmas. We had four families including a dozen grandchildren stay at the property. The kids had fun with grandma in the guest house playing ping pong and fuseball, while the adults had plenty of space for cards and games in the main house. Location was convenient and we spent a day at the Hot Springs National Park activities. With family in Texas and the Midwest, this was an excellent location for us to gather. We enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect place for our large, multigenerational family gathering. There were so many lovely sleeping, gathering, eating, & game playing spaces. The outdoor space could not be beat. 2 fabulous decks next to the house had perfect views of the lake. The dock was our favorite hangout. The kids launched the kayaks from there, jumped off for swimming & our littles were able to swim & wade near the rock wall & loved digging for clams & other treasures. We had a wonderful time & would love to rent it again.

5 couples on vacation. House was plenty large enough to accommodate all of us easily. View from the house and boat dock was impressive. There were a couple broken light fixtures and other little things wrong when we arrived but overall everyone was extremely happy with the house.

Absolutely love this property!! This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful home! It is so perfect for our large group! I love that the kitchen is very well stocked with all the necessities to accommodate cooking for a large group! There were 4 adults and 2 adolescents that stayed (very comfortably) in the guest cottage beside the house. Our group ranged in age 8-71 yrs old and everyone said their beds were super comfy! The large double covered boat dock was great since we brought 2 ski boats and a seado. We did leave all the trailers at the boat ramp all week, although if needed we could have easily fit them (along with the 5 vehicles) In parking area at the property! We had a couple of questions through out the week that we had to call property owners and he (Jason) was very prompt to respond and kindly help us.

Property was not very clean. Cobwebs in breakfast room, light out over sink, blinds broke in breakfast room, light cover in Breakfast room broke. Cobwebs in sunroom. Patio table dirty with food droppings and sticky. We had to change air filters in 3 different places. Thick with dust. AC went out 2nd day there. It was 81 degrees in 3 of the bdrms. 2 families had to sleep on floor in the den for 2 nights. This was our 2nd stay in this house. Very surprised how many things were unattended. The house could really be awesome but needs attention. One of the owners reimbursed us 1000.00. Was nice but I feel like it needed to be totally refunded. We had to also go out and purchase fans because it took so long for the bedrooms to cool dwn. The day we left it finally oiled dwn to 70 with fans going

This property is perfect for a large group! We were a group of 4 military families from different parts of the country who met up and reconnected in Hot Springs for a long weekend. There were 4 sets of parents and nine children who ranged in age from 2-11. Beautiful weather allowed us to spend the whole weekend out on the back deck and by the lake and on the dock. We brought life vests and went kayaking, we brought inflatable floats for the kids to swim off the dock, and a cornhole set for when it was just time to hang out. We had groceries delivered and cooked in the whole weekend and the kitchen was fully stocked for what we needed. There is so much sleeping and living space and plenty of bathrooms. Every bathroom listed has a shower! The six oldest kiddos loved being up in the guest house bunk room with a set of parents in the guest house queen bedroom! The entire property is clean, it is spacious and open, and the views out the back of the house are gorgeous! There is lots of privacy and parking and it's set back from the road in a beautiful neighborhood. Even if the weather had turned bad, we remarked that between the main house and guest house, we never would have felt cramped had we been forced to stay inside. The neighbors were lovely and welcoming, and we would absolutely return. We loved that it was in a cove that really cut down on boat traffic allowing us to just play and relax in peace!

This is our second stay at this property. This time for a large family reunion group. Upon arrival, it was clear the property had not been cleaned very well, or at least cleaned quickly. There were two beer cans in the backyard, a plastic bottle in the front, and the interior hadn’t been thoroughly vacuumed. The property could also use a little TLC. Several lights not working or broken, the dock ladder unscrewed, and laying on the dock. The most concerning part was the concrete ramp down to the dock. It had just enough slickness to it that one of our guests slipped and fell. Could definitely use a re-texturizing or other slip proof features. That being said, this is a unique property on a very special spot. Perfect for large groups, especially with the guest house. I would definitely stay here again, just hoping to see some repairs and upgrades that need to be made.

Initially this was not the location that we had selected. We were originally booked for another property that sold about 2 weeks prior to our trip. Luckily this property was available and able to accommodate the entire family with plenty of space. There were a total of 16 of us, and we never felt like we were in the way of each other, nor that we did not have our own space. We celebrated our son's birthday, and with extra family and friends coming, we still had plenty of space. The pictures I feel do not do the property justice. There is a serene piece of mind that you find in every inch of the property's outdoor landscapes. Multiple areas to sit (indoors and outdoors) that overlooks the lake. We had the hardest time moving ourselves from sitting outside and doing nothing all day. The sunroom was major hit for the older members of the family. When they did not want to be outside and they did not want to be inside, the sunroom was a happy medium. The bedrooms were very spacious and the master bathroom jacuzzi tub was A-MAZING! Although we were only there for a weekend, I spent many hours relaxing in the jacuzzi. The towels were in surplus, all eatery and cookware were in surplus and all we had to add was our fun. The entire process was seamless. The owners were very responsive whether via phone or Vrbo message board. They were patient in our booking, and throughout the entire process. The day of our arrival I could not locate the information to access the house, and I called Jason in a panic. He immediately quieted my fears by walking me through the process to locate everything I needed. When we arrived at the house and entered, the alarm sounded and I went into complete freak out mode...again, Jason to the rescue. The cottage was clean and spacious for the teens and young adults, and even added a little fun for the adults with the Ping Pong table and Foosball. Wi-fi worked immaculately and the smart tvs provided all of the most popular apps for watching live tv or movie. The only request that I would have from the house is to maybe install a deck motion light so that when people want to hang out at night they could actually see each other and what they are doing. Again such a great property and we would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the home and cottage. It was clean and comfortable for the 12 of us, 7 adults and 5 children. The sun room was perfect for relaxing and it gave us a great view of the lake. Great home for a getaway. In main house, 2 bedrooms with king size beds, one with queen, one with bunk beds and trundle bed. King size bedrooms have bathroom, other two bedrooms share bathroom. 2 living areas, Florida room, huge kitchen with everything, and a washer and dryer! Florida room looks out to the lake and is where we stayed most of the time! Lake was down, and we were not made aware of this but all in all, we really enjoyed our stay! We did not use the cottage, but it also had a small kitchenette, sitting area, bedroom with queen size bed, and 3 sets of bunk beds in a room. Plus, ping pong and foosball! Great spot for kids! The only thing I would recommend is to update the numbers on the mailbox to be more noticeable! We had a great time! Also, eat at Lost Creek Grill! It was delicious, but not cheap!

LOVED this place. I could nitpick about some of it, but overall, it was almost perfect for our family. The bunkhouse is a great addition to put bigger kids in, but does force one set of adults alone with the kids in a room with no privacy. Depending on your family, it may be perfect. Overall clean, awesome quiet street. Big warning to those booking in winter: there is no water at the boatslip because they drain the lake down every winter and you can NOT bring a boat, and this was not communicated to us. You have to walk down in the mud or go to the neighbors.
