Nice apartment, great location, pleasant staff.
Apartment blocks 4 & 5 would benefit from an exterior coat of paint. Other than that, the place is fabulous.

Brilliant place to see Concarneu and to enjoy relaxing by the sea.
Absolutely perfect location. 2 minutes from beach and the sea. Lovely free pool a big bonus too. Everything you need to cook and a lovely balcony to eat out on watching the sunset. Would recommend.
Definately need fans in the bedroom. Would be even hotter in mid summer.

some stuff needs upgrading
Location. A few steps away from the newly built park of 2019 and very close to the ocean. Perfect area to watch the sunset.
we stayed at the rented apartment and although the main thing is that we slept well, there are some hiccups in the apartment. - the couch in the living area was shedding into tiny messy pieces. we had to sweep the floor twice a day as it looks very dirty since it’s black faux leather sofa. - Im not sure if it’s space saving but, when you step into the room, the bunk bed is literally beside the entrance. lucky we didn’t have noisy neighbors or you’ll literally hear every footstep in the hallway. - this is the only apartment-hotel that we’ve been to where there were not even any trace of coffee provided. - the hair dryer has to be collected at the reception if you need one - the bread toaster is tinier than the one we have in a campervan. you have to slice up your baguette tinier than usual.

Good location to explore the coastal area from but not good value for money for what you get.
the staff, friendly, helpful, willing to go the extra mile the bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. midweek there was a change of bedding and the apartment was cleaned
apartments are very badly designed, especially the space that’s called a kitchen….no bench space and cupboards are so high up you can’t reach most things inside. There is no oven, only a cooktop tucked into an alcove and a microwave. There is no wardrobe in the main bedroom so if there were more than two of you there you’d have to share the one in the second bedroom. The shower in the main bedroom is badly designed. if you bump the taps as you turn around you are either scolded by extremely hot water ( unsafe temperature) or frozen by cold water.

Holiday in Brittany
The spa was really lovely. It was also very good to have a lot of parking spaces near to the residence. The kitchen was well equipped.
There is a children's playground next to the residence and the constant screaming from there was truly nerve-wracking. It did not help that the shouts from the sports ground next to it were echoing loudly and disturbing as well. In the apartment the lounge was rather depressing with very few furniture and no light and the wallpaper peeling off due to humidity I guess. The bed squeaked loud each time you moved. I gave this feedback to the reception so I sincerely hope they do something about it.

nice facilities but for a four star we were expecting more
close to the beach, nice heated pool, 30minute walk from the town center. spa facilities were excellent. apartments are nice and well equipped but need Freshening up
we were promised a room clean which was booked but never came. the pool needs more sun beds and even some parasols. for a four star hotel this wasn’t very good. the wifi went out for nearly two days so we had no internet connection or 4G
