Welcome to The Crescent at Miramar 202 where luxury living is just the beginning at this Destin landmark! The crescent-shaped resort is nestled on the shimmering sands of the Gulf of Mexico and affords every convenience. This owner has spared no expense in making sure you have everything you need right down to the smallest detail. The huge Gulf front balcony overlooks the pool and offers ample seating for everyone. The open floor plan is great for entertaining and the convenient location of this resort means you are just minutes to shopping, dining, and all the areas entertainment venues. For larger groups, this home can be rented along with #206 and #213. The unit also comes with special features, the kitchen has a Keurig and regular brew style coffee pot, and there are safety locks.
We have also partnered with Live Well 30A to give our guests discounted beach gear rentals & concierge services, such as bike rentals, private chefs, fishing charters, golf cart rentals, and airport shuttles. Please reach out to our office to get your discount.

Clean amenities…small pantry and small second bedroom and bath, which we did not need on this trip but if the other room and bathroom was needed it would have been too small for an extended visit

Overall, fabulous experience. Very clean, beautiful condo. Amazing view of the pool and beach. Great location. Really ideal space. My two complaints: 1. The WiFi is ridiculously poor. I had family and friends staying in other condos and had zero issues. This needs to be upgraded. It’s 2025, no excuses.2. The second bedroom is REALLY small. With the bunk beds, it feels more like a closet vs. a bedroom.

This was our 11th year coming to Destin/Marimar Beach for a girl's vacation and so far, this has been our favorite experience, loved the condo and facilities.

The unit was pretty but over crowded with stuff. It was in need of a good cleaning and PLEASE GET RID OF THE FILTHY THROW RUGS OR REPLACE THEM. The listing stated it is a 2 bedroom but the second room is really a big closet with bunks. Washer was a pain to use and needs to be replaced before it floods the unit and the neighbors. We haven't been to the beach in decades but even with the issues we enjoyed it. It's a small complex which makes it feel more like being at home. Most of the folks we met have been coming for many years. The staff here are Extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The issues in this unit are an easy fix. The staff of Blue Swell are also very helpful and friendly.
