Welcome to the best 3 bedroom condo in The Crescent! This three bedroom is the closest 3 bedroom to the beach, is on the top floor (4th level) with 10 foot ceilings (wow!), EVERYTHING was new in the last 24 months, very well kept by the owner, extremely nice - you really can't beat it! Voted "Exceptional" by our guests on VRBO - we're ready to host you on your next vacation!

Laid-back luxury and effortless beach access combine to create the ideal coastal escape at Sheer Bliss— a three-bedroom home located in the exclusive Crescent Condominium community. With breathtaking, penthouse-level views of the aquamarine Gulf of Mexico and a lovely bright, updated interior, your whole crew will quickly fall in love with this spacious and convenient home-away-from-home in Miramar Beach.
The main living and dining areas are wide open and airy, allowing for easy conversation and socializing. Crisp white slipcovered sofas and plush armchairs sit on wide plank floors and surround the large HDTV, creating a comfy spot to kick back after a day at the beach and host a family movie night with a giant bowl of popcorn. Enormous glass doors allow the sparkling Florida sunshine to flow inside and perfectly frame the truly show-stopping views of the gulf.
Next to the living area, a formal dining space has seating for six and leads into the open kitchen. The spacious L-shaped bar offers casual seating for three and is topped with gleaming granite countertops. Pristine white cabinets provide plenty of storage and surround a full suite of premier stainless steel appliances.
With three guest bedrooms, including two suites, Sheer Bliss is perfect for families or couples traveling together and allows everyone to spread out and find a bit of private time. The primary suite features a sumptuous king-size bed, large HDTV, and doors leading out to the beachfront balcony. The ensuite bathroom includes a double marble vanity, jetted tub, and a separate step-in shower. The secondary suite also features a king-size bed, HDTV, and an attached bathroom, while the third and final bedroom has a queen-size bed and a day bed with a trundle. Another full bathroom is accessible from the hallway. Both of the guest baths were completely renovated early 2022 with beautiful details throughout.
Despite the gorgeous interior of Sheer Bliss, you may find you spend the majority of your downtime relaxing on the gorgeous outdoor terrace. With space for lounging and alfresco dining, you can sip your morning mug of coffee while watching for dolphins to swim past, or enjoy a glass of wine while a pastel sunset lights up the sky. When you’re ready to get sandy, the beach is only a few short steps away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crescent. The condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony was spacious and had great views of the pool and beach. The pool was probably the best part. Not sure I've ever stayed at a beach condo with that size pool. Golf, restaurants, shopping, etc. was all super convenient to the location. The only issue we had was that the code to the gate didn't work when trying to enter the property but apparently everyone was having the same issue. The wristbands gave you access to enter. Would definitely stay here again!

This is one of the best condos we have ever stayed at. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was always kept very clean and it was roomy. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would not hesitate to rent this condo again. Very pleased!

The decor was stunning! Everything in this unit was well appointed. No detail was missed. This will be our condo of choice for future trips! Location was perfect to restaurants and shopping. Amd the inclusion of complimentary beach chair service was WONDERFUL! Pool was a nice size and the grounds are well maintained and gorgeous. Would be a nice addition if some of the lounge chairs at the pool had umbrellas because.. One minor thing that needs to be adjusted: there needs to be a set of small lamented instructions for the main TV in living area as to the 2 remotes that are to be used and what the TV needs to be set on to view cable. Also the TV in the front bedroom to the right needs a remote as it is also a Vizo like the main TV so the remote must be shared. This TV in this guestroom is also ONLY a streaming TV, NO CABLE so that should be noted as well. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT UNIT!
