Hello paradise! Nothing makes an Emerald Coast vacation better than staying in a Gulf-front condo. Crescent 108 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom rental that can entertain up to 12 beach guests. Whether you are planning a trip with family or with friends, this is the rental for you.
The large, open living area is what you would expect from an elegant vacation rental on the prettiest coast in the world. A wraparound couch faces both a TV and glass doors that open onto a breezy balcony overlooking a lagoon-shaped pool and the shimmering waves of the Gulf. A dining table with six chairs sits adjacent to the living room. Nearby, the spacious kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances and a wraparound, granite-topped bar with six chairs. Here, you can enjoy a buffet-styled meal or tropical appetizers, or take your treats onto the balcony and enjoy the view.
The primary suite boasts a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, en-suite bath, and immediate access to the beachfront balcony. One guest room features a king-size bed and private bath, while the other includes two full bunks with access to a full hall bath.
When you stay at the Crescent, you not only enjoy the luxurious living space, but also great amenities that will only add to the vacation fun. Two private pools and a bubbling hot tub are available for guest use. The spacious patio surrounding the pools includes lounge chairs, tables, and grills, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a poolside cookout. The pools are only a short stroll from the beach, so you can take your pick between a freshwater plunge or burying your toes in the sand anytime throughout the day. The Crescent also offers a game room and on-site fitness center. With its central location in Miramar Beach, guests can easily access grocery stores, restaurants, bars, concerts and more – in Destin, Miramar Beach, and on Scenic Highway 30A.

When we arrived at this property it was adorable. Its just as the photos show. It is peaceful and beautiful to look at. The staff were friendly and the condo itself is ideal.
The decor, such as the flowers should be replaced. They are very outdated and dusty. It was not clean. The floors had not been mopped and there was an odor in the master bath. There was also a pack and play in the closet that we thought to be the source of the odor. It turns out that the guest prior to us either had a dog in that closet or urinated in the closet themselves. This odor was so bad that we could not use this closet to store four guests clothes, shoes, or suit cases for a week. We had to omit the bath tub and the storage in the laundry room for storage for our belongings. I sent several messages and they sent housekeeping who mixed what smelled like lemon scent pine sol so the odor changed from jobsite portable urinal to just intolerable. We kept the door closed then they brought a fan with a light. This circulated the smell into the bathroom and bedroom and you could not close the bathroom door due to the cord for the fan. Two nights and two and a half days. It was disgusting and terrible. We stayed away as long as possible. So much for catching a nap in the middle of the day or being able to enjoy the king sized bed. Unless they remove the sheetrock from the walls and the padding from under the floor I would never recommend staying here because that smell is abominable.

We loved our stay at the Crescent. The only issue we had was with the maintenance staff. They were rude and threatening on more than one occasion. There should be clear direction on beach access.

The location of the Crescent has always been our favorite for vacationing. Close to restaurants and the grocery store. This particular room had plenty of space for our group but disappointed in the cleanliness of this condo. You couldn’t walk barefoot without your feet turning black. The bathrooms need some deep cleaning and TLC. Maybe clean the walls off as well.
