The Space:
You will feel right at home in this fourth-floor property with a fabulous westerly Gulf view. The owners upgraded this lovely property to give it an 'at home' ambiance. There are granite and quartz countertops throughout, new furniture, remodeled bathrooms, and many other extras. All the rooms include porcelain tile floors. The deck features pub-height patio furniture to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The living room features a new sectional sofa sleeper, an armchair, a coffee table, and a 55-inch wall-mounted TV over a matching armoire. The kitchen is brightly lit with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is well equipped if you are interested in cooking your own meals. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find a laundry room with an HD washer and dryer. In the dining area is a table for six diners and four bar stools for more casual dining or snacking at the kitchen countertop. Each bedroom is decorated with nice furniture and matching decor. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a dresser, a chest of drawers, a reading chair, a bedside table, and a wall-mounted TV. The primary bathroom is newly remodeled with a large walk-in fully tiled shower, special vanity with double sinks, and a well-lit separate make-up room. The walk-in closet provides ample storage space. We stay here all the time. 2 couples, one couple had king room, other couple slept in 2 double bed room. furniture is nice in the double room, however the beds make a horrible noise every time someone sits down, or rolls over on the mattresses. I don't even know how to describe the noise. The floors made our feet black and we had to wear socks or shoes the whole time inside. Also, need some extra blankets available to guests, sheets on double beds were really thin, and we would have liked another blanket available to use.

This was the second time to stay at the Crescent in two years. The location could not be better and the condo was nicely decorated (not over the top). Its proximity to the beach is only steps away without closing a road and the pool is kept in perfect condition. The only downside was there was some noisy construction next door.

We enjoyed our stay and would book this condo again. Beautiful views and property. The location was great and was a quiet area. Only a couple downsides…there are separate codes for the drive in gate, walk in gates and room doors which was sometimes hard to remember. There were also no soaps in the shower or for hand washing etc. We purchased them the following day but after arriving at 1 am it would have been nice to have soap in the room when we got there. Thanks for a great condo, it was perfect for our quick family getaway

The condo was very nice and comfortable, and very nicely updated. However, the owner installed a Nest thermostat that they can control remotely, and they kept raising the temperature. This would happen constantly during the day but was left alone overnight. We did not turn down the thermostat to an unreasonable temperature. If we were inside during the day I’d set it to either 71 or 72. Every time I walked by it was reset to 74. I found this to be extremely annoying. I understand managing the temperature to prevent mold, but when guests are there you need to leave it alone, especially when we operated the thermostat within normal ranges.
