The owners were very kind and the breakfast was the best. There is a bus stop near the accomodation so the location is good. Sometimes a problem with communication because the owners only speak German, but everything always went smoothly. We will definitely visit it again!

We loved every single thing! Sophie and Hermann are amazing. They are so loving, kind and helpful. Breakfast is yummy, very fresh and tasty and coffee is delicious. Even though rooms don't have their own bathroom we never had a feeling that we are actually sharing one. There are only few rooms and we never met other guests. Also bathroom and toilet are extremely clean all the time. Room is super clean and smells great. Beds and pillows are so comfortable, we literally slept like babies. The house is situated in a peacefull area, has it’s own parking place and Kaprun and Zell am See are in a few minutes drive. Looking forward to come here again!

To stay here is like staying in your grandma's house. Owners are taking care of you. Superb breakfast. You can literally ask for anything and you get it. Quiet place with the ability to park your car. Cleaning in the room is done every day (how sweet). The value for the price in the high season is unbeatable.

The hosts are very hospitable people, going an extra mile to ensure you have everything you need. The room was modern, clean and warm. Nice views from the balcony. Breakfasts were very tasty. The skiing areas and local attractions are easily accessible by bus or local train. I had a great stay I would definitely go back.

Fijn verblijf waar prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding heel goed is.

Een heel knus pension waar je het gevoel hebt bij oma te logeren. Vrouw des huizes is heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is prima maar niet heel uitgebreid. Wel alles vers; verse broodjes, gekookt eitje, wat kaas, vleeswaar, rauwkost en jam.
