The host is a lovely lady. Gave us good advice on restaurants and places to go.

The apartment is on 2/F. Easy walk up but if you have a big suitcase like me then it’s a bit of a challenge. Not a complaint though as the host did warn me beforehand.

A lovely, quiet base to explore Honfleur and the surrounding coast and countryside.

Bright, well equipped and spacious top-floor studio. Very quiet and private and convenient location for the town and street parking nearby. Veronique was very helpful and had lots of useful recommendations for our stay.

Exceptional

Lovely studio right in the city centre. The owner is very helpful and works in a tobacco shop nearby so can help with anything really quickly (they were making sure we had everything throughout the whole week we were there). Parking is very easy in the street up the flat (and we were there in August).

Not much. A great find in a city that turned out to be a nightmare to find decent accommodation in the summer. I would maybe specify that the flat is for 2 adults and 1 child rather than 3 adults cause the twin bed is very small.

Delightful and comfortable home base in a charming Normandy town

Everything about our stay was wonderful! From Veronique’s unflagging flexibility in the face of evolving arrival time uncertainty to her personal attention to our comfort and interests to the unique touches in the studio itself, everything was magnifique! The location was terrific — a short pleasant walk from the ‘center’, on a lovely and quiet street, with nearby free parking (which Veronique showed us herself). The apartment is charming, quiet, clean, filled with light, and exceedingly comfortable. The small kitchenette and eating area made it truly feel homelike. Honfleur is a lovely town, brimming with personality, from which to explore Normandy (or stay put)! (As other reviews have pointed out, guests should be aware that the winding staircase — the 2nd floor in France is up TWO flights not one — will not be suitable for those impacted by mobility issues.)
