Overall a wonderful location, food, staff and a great stay!

Dinner was excellent... The presentation of the food and the taste were superb! The staff were knowledgeable and provided us with information to do a wonderful day hike in the mountains.

The shower area provided no shelf to set our soap or shampoo on. Not the end of the world. Our room was facing the main road and surprisingly it was very quite at night. One suggestion is to provide a small table on the balcony...we only had two chairs which one became a table.

Very nice hotel overlooking the lake and mountains!

The hotel is located just on the main road passing through Reschen, overlooking the lake, the Schöneben gondola and the surrounding mountains (it's also only a short walk down to the lake). The hotel is clearly relatively new and it shows throughout the house. The rooms are a good size and offer all the comfort one would expect in this price range. The bathrooms are finished to a very high standard - walk in shower included! We opted for the breakfast and dinner option ("Halbpension") and were very impressed with the food. The breakfast buffet is very generous and the evening menu had an option for everyone. The hosts and staff were very friendly and we had a great time overall.

Not much to complain about with the hotel, the food or our stay in general. If anything, the rooms on the lower floors overlooking the main road can get a bit noisy once traffic picks up on the main road and the windows are open, but that's about it.

Unforgettable view, but the cost Vs the service offered is too high

The view from the room was just amazing. Also the level of comfort, including the cleanness was really good. The Parking was small and quite close to the main road, but I never found any problem finding a spot for my car.

Is not acceptable that a 4 stars hotel doesn't have nigher a pool or a gym. The restaurant should be booked also if there are free table and the time frame for the dinner is too short. No room service available and the breakfast was below the expetation

Herrlich

Die Leute, die dort arbeiten, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind makellos sauber und hell. Sehr gute Schallisolierung. Es gab einen Skiraum für die gesamte Ausrüstung. Spa-Bereich ist sehr geräumig, sehr komfortabel und hat einen schönen Blick aus der Sauna. Die Zimmer sind auch geräumig. Das Frühstück - gut - jeder kann etwas finden, was er mag.

Betten und Bettdecken - könnten etwas länger sein.
