Good size room, good location near main road, breakfast OK, dinner in restaurant good.

Location is quiet countryside yet very close to motorway below Rennes. Lovely rooms with spacious en-suite. Very secure car parking in front of each room and gates are locked overnight although can be opened with a key code for anyone arriving late or wanting to leave early. Ideal for us as only 1 hour from St Malo ferry terminal. The owners are delightful and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Also the restaurant has now reopened since Covid and the food is excellent

Great location for travelling from St Malo to La Rochelle. Nice, large, chalet (family) room. Lovely shower. Very clean. Great parking area. I arrived very late and had not managed to read the automated check in instructions but the host was observant and let me in. Thank you. Nice breakfast. Decent coffee.

It is a shame, and I am sorry to write this review as overall the hotel rooms were lovely. I am sure the hotel can get on top of this? Firstly, there were two men sat outside talking until 1.30/2.00 am. The chalets are close together so this chat could be clearly heard. Complete disregard for other guests and had I had sleeping children I would have had to tell them to be quiet!! I almost did but was in bed! Secondly, but actually, the most difficult part for me is that there were a few insects in the bed. I killed a couple and a few more arrived. I moved the bed to see if there was a nest (as this did happen to me once in France) but everywhere was spotlessly clean including under the bed. Unfortunately, I then could not settle in the bed at all. Spent the night on insect watch (and I didn't see any more). So had a very bad night attempting to sleep. I understand this is likely due to it being in a rural location and on the ground floor. I don't know specifically how to resolve this but it would stop me from returning. Some people would not mind a few insects but unfortunately I could not cope with insects in the bed. Sorry. It certainly was no related to lack of cleanliness and as I said earlier. Nice room, facilities, bathroom.
