Great escape

Lovely warm and cozy room, kind and friendly staff

The shower is a little uncomfortable without glass doors and water splashing everywhere, the lights in the bathroom turn on and off automatically with movement which makes it inconvenient when showering or relaxing in the bathtub And the bathtub needs maintenance, but it's nothing to ruin a nice holiday at this hotel.

The bathroom was small, toilet squished between the was and the shower glass, and kind of impractical- nowhere to hang a towel, to put a toothbrush. Other than that very modern and clean.

Comfortable hotel

The hotel is atmospheric, close to the mountains and to the city center. Pozar bath are nearby. The room was warm and clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is perfect. Definitely recommend. Good value for money.

Very good location, nice and spacious room with a kitchenette. Loved the view overlooking the mountains and the welcome Christmas table at reception.

Bathroom was quite run down and vintage. Curtain shower too small and tap was very flimsy about to come off

Not recommended, avoid this hotel.

We have reserved two rooms, one for us, one for our big kids. After a day plenty of activities, we have arrived at the hotel at 7 pm. The person at the reception told us that they have only one room available because after 6 pm they don’t keep the room reservations anymore… He told us that he had tried to call us without success, what was not true because we did not had any miscalled. If he wanted , he could apply the credit card payment, but he decided to leave us without reservation.

A disaster. I don’t recommend to reserve a hotel that does not keep your reservation after 6 pm. My feeling was that they tried to get the money for no-show and also give the room to a new guest.

I loved spacious room with veranda facing mountains. Room is very well designed, staff was kind, Wi-fi strong, breakfast with many tasty choices. I can't wait to come back for longer stay.

Ok choice for one night stay, not longer

Location was great for those visiting Pozar. Apart form the shower situation, the rest of the room was clean and staff was friendly.

Shower in our bathroom (room 302) was leaking. When we entered the bathroom for the first time, the floor was already wet and because of this we think the staff must have known about the problem although they claimed not to know. Walls are really thin so you can hear all the sounds coming from the hall and neighbouring rooms.
