Splendor Hotel

The bed, balcony, air conditioning and shower were very good. Beach club, private beach, comfortable sun loungers was excellent. Location was at the quiet end of Dhermi beach which we liked.

The Resturant attached to the beach club wasn’t good. Food was so overpriced and underwhelming.

Beach was amazing and the hotel staff was very polite and ready to help. All the hotel was quiet and comfortable

Breakfast should be little more reach in assortments for that kind of hotel :-)

Clean and new hotel in the north of the Albanian Riviera. Everything is clean and new. The reception person was very sympathetic and accommodating.

The rooms were surprisingly small, some of the staff knew no word in English. The entire area is a construction site that will be like that until 2027. It was end of season and

This was a 3 star property pretending to be a 4 star one With sadly a 2 star service at best The staff were just not up to it. You were not made to feel like you were very welcome, not given information & even lied to by the guy on reception a number of times. The air conditioning broke for the last 3 nights & was not fixed The breakfast was woeful, every day having to ask for plates , cups, food whilst the staff just stood around. Running out of what little options they had was common. It’s just not worth paying the extra money for what was substandard service. Was told the beach bar & restaurant was closing the day after we arrived & they were removing the beds Then someone else said the beds were staying so we could At least go down & use to sunbathe. Then they changed there mind & kept the beach bar open as well but did not tell us so we lost out on two days down the beach because we went somewhere else. Again a total lack of communication. If I went back to Dhermi I would go self catering or just cheap then you would not expect a curtain level of service
