Lovely 2 night stay in a beautiful room and location. Thank you!
The property is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Everything is done to a very high standard and our stay was very enjoyable. The host was very welcoming and warm. The breakfast is high quality and set us up for the day nicely.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The property is set up on a hill and about a 10 min walk downhill to the centre. There are buses and taxis if you don’t fancy the walk back up the hill.

It was a lovely birthday treat for my husband and myself.
Lovely property in a great location. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean with a wonderful view. Neil our host was very friendly and helpful about everything in the local area. It was my husband’s 70th birthday and he went out of his way to help make it special.

The distance from the town centre ;) Dartmouth is all up hill and although I am a very fit 65 year old the angle of descent is not to be trifled with ;) it took me 22 minutes with stops on the way to walk up the hill …. The views were worth it but think carefully if you have planned to leave your car in the carpark as part of your break.

Modern, stylish, lovely building, great views, great host
Quiet, comfy room, great views if you are there in the longer light hours. Good choice of breakfast. Set at the top of the town so an easy walk downhill versus a steep walk back but good for a work out!
Nothing, would be good to stay here in the summer if you can go out on the massive balcony by the breakfast area.

Notices in the room about muddy shoes, washing clothes but I get that from prior experience point of view from the proprietors!

In and out but will remember Neil, lovely guy and the view at breakfast.
Location to town is perfect and this place has parking which is why I picked it. Was not disappointed, the view was amazing and Neil is a real gent. I was running late, Neil called me and stayed around until I arrived. The breakfast, tea, toast, jam, full English and orange juice is to die for. Highly recommended.

The property was beautiful, we could see down into Dartmouth valley from our room and dining room. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, well maintained and beautifully furnished. Our host Neil was extremely welcoming and helpful. Thank you!
