Nothing really, parking might be a problem in the height of summer so you’d have to build that into your arrival

Friendly staff who provided excellent service and really cared about whether we had everything we needed. Our room was warm and comfortable, and the tea/coffee tray was well supplied. There was even fresh milk in the small fridge. The excellent breakfasts were cooked to order and were delicious.

There was nothing we didn't like!

Attention to detail. Everything was spot on. Tea and coffee making facilities even had scissors to cut open tea bags and a tea bag squeezer. Ground coffee and a cafetière available as well. Lovely warm room.

Only a minor niggle. Too many hangers in the small wardrobe and we had to take some out to get our clothes in They were those ones that leave behind the top section so was still too tight.

Friendly welcome and attention to detail from booking to departure. Our room had everything we needed and more. A great view and excellent location for a short distance walk into town. Breakfast choice was fantastic and efficiently delivered. Will not hesitate to stay again at this wonderful B&B.

Everything. Room 2 was spacious, very very clean and comfortable with excellent view of park, river dart and Naval college.exactly as pictures show. Excellent attention to detail in every area and staff brilliant. Breakfast was superb. Full English with fruit & yoghurt and tray of cereal, fruit and jams etc. perfect position right by harbour

It was a little pricey, and parking was a bit tricky. We had to move the car to avoid the 3-6pm restrictions. But overall it is hard to find any faults!

This is a quirky property has lots of fascinating history which they have retained in the Inn and blended with modern facilities in the bedrooms. It is within easy walking distance (4 minutes) of the town but is very quiet as it faces Coronation Park and the road outside isn’t noisy. The friendly landlady gives you a comprehensive briefing on arrival (including helpful advice on parking). We stayed in No1, came with absolutely everything you could want and more, it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast is exceptional in both quality and the size of portions! We were served by a delightful cheerful young lady who delivered the best breakfasts I’ve eaten for years (you’ll not eat until teatime !). Freshly made fresh fruit salad with yoghurt, the full (& I mean full!) English with top quality local ingredients (the bacon and black pudding were exceptional) then toasted thick bread with various jams and marmalade, pots of tea and coffee - you won’t find a better breakfast in the country. Room has a minibar too and Dyson air fan. We loved our stay …I’m only worried that by writing such a glowing commendation that it will be booked up and we will never get back in! WELL DONE JUDE AND THE TEAM!

Location is excellent, right near the water and opposite a park. There is some traffic noise but its very quiet at night. There is no parking but we were able to park locally fairly easily. The room was very well appointed and the owners had thought of everything. The welcome was very warm, and the breakfast very good.

The room is cleverly designed but not spacious and was not cheap.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Would highly recommend this B&B. We will be back. Every little detail catered for. Breakfast was incredible. Ran like clockwork. Tasty, filling and all freshly prepared.

We were so full after our breakfast, still full 8pm on the evening. Location really good. Walking distance for town.

Spotlessly clean. Fantastically friendly and helpful landlady and her assistant, great room, great location. Loved our stay and would highly recommend Huge comfy bed, very close to the centre of Dartmouth but very quiet. Beautiful views of boats, estuary and the gorgeous naval college.
