The holiday home built in 2005 is a terraced house and functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the sunny location. Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing and barbecue facilities.

Your holiday house consists of 4 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Souterrain: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Ground floor: Living room with TV. You have access to the terrace. Cooking nook with dishwasher, gas stove (5 burners) and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with WC and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and window.
Top floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Bardolino, 80 m above sea level. The holiday home is located in a residence, on an enclosed garden plot. Parking on the property.

The property was as described with four bedrooms and 6 beds - no one had to lie on a sofa bed! - although the top floor room was in the roof space and had limited height. The layout was very good for our family of 3 generations although a stair gate would have been useful for us. The kitchen area was well laid out and the barbeque was a great feature. Perhaps we could have made use of an oven but this is a very minor issue. The well maintained pool was a fantastic amenity as we used it every day to cool down. The air conditioning was great and absolutely essential during the very hot weather we had.

Die Anlage war Tip Top gepflegt, auch der Garten ums Haus rum. Nur innen lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Überall waren Spinnweben, Dreck in den Ecken, die Bäder miserabel mit Schimmel und Urinstein. Eine gründliche Reinigung wäre angebracht. Außerdem ist die Dusche im Hauptbad eine Zumutung. Grundsätzlich ist das Haus aber toll, die Lage und die Umgebung haben unsere Missstimmung wieder gebessert

Das Haus mit tollem Garten ist an sich sehr schön. Das Dachzimmer ist allerdings für kleine Kinder über eine Wendeltreppe nicht ungefährlich zu erreichen und für größere Kinder fast zu niedrig. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher unterirdisch. Was für uns vor allem wichtig war, war der geschlossene Garten mit wunderbarer Terrasse und der überaus gepflegte schöne Pool.
