great location and host - work to do on the kitchen/living space

location overlooking Lake Garda (but a car is essential as it is on the edge of Bardolino) very friendly and helpful host (Laura) who tried her best to help us parking directly in/under the apartment 2 good bathrooms

very small living space/kitchen given we couldn’t use the outside as it was too cold minimal kitchen/ dining equipment (but Laura did find us a grill/toaster) Double beds were 2 singles pushed together

The staff was trying to kick us out for arguing with a neighbor about parking in his parking spot. The problem was that the staff had told us previously that it was okay to park there and even after seeing us park there reassured us that it was fine. On top of that the staff was really unorganized and unprofessional.

Very nice and quite Accomodation

We had a whole apartment with garden for ourselves. The Accomodation was very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet.

We didn’t have WiFi connection at our apartment because the office is to far away. Unfortunately they don’t have a nice area where you can sit and use the WiFi.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick auf den Gardasee. Laura ist super hilfsbereit und nett. Kümmert sich kurzfristig um jedes Anliegen.

Rart sted at være. Alle faciliteter i lejligheden, vi manglede ikke noget. Dejlig udsigt over søen. Man deler poolen med de andre lejligheder, men der var ingen i poolen udover os, den første halvdel af dagen. Det var rigtig lækkert. Man kunne købe vand, drinks mm ved poolbaren efter middag. Det er et stille område, hvor der er fred og ro

Inventaret og indretningen er lidt slidt. Lidt langt at gå ned til byen, så vi tog bilen.

Schöner Urlaub mit tollem Blick auf den See und vielen Spaziergängen nach/von Bardolino

Die Unterkunft war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir die zwei fast erwachsenen Kinder in das separate Zimmer mit Bad (ohne Küche) im unteren Stock einquartieren konnten. Unten gab es eine kleine Terrasse mit Liegestühlen und Rasen, oben einen schönen Balkon (mit großer Markise) mit herrlichem Seeblick und einer Küche/Ess-Wohnzimmer sowie Bad und Schlafzimmer für die Eltern. Wir haben fast jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und abends bei Sonnenuntergang einen Wein getrunken. Sehr praktisch war auch, dass man mit dem Auto in eine Art offene Garage in das Appartementhaus fahren konnte, so dass dass das Auto nicht in der Sonne stand und man die Einkäufe nicht weit tragen musste. Auch war die Appartementanlage eingezäunt mit gesichertem Zugang, so dass man sich sehr sicher fühlte.

die Beschilderung der Rezeption könnte besser sein, wir haben etwas gebraucht um uns zu orientieren auf dem großen Parkplatz, lag vielleicht auch an unserer langen Anfahrt.

Vacanza perfetta in suggestivo appartamento a due piani nella quiete di Montefelice

Comodità, silenzio, ambiente accogliente e ben attrezzato sono elementi indispensabili per una breve vacanza, ma se aggiungi la terrazza godibile e un fantastico giardinetto esclusivo con paesaggio imperdibile, allora la residenza Montefelice di Bardolino merita di essere scelta. All'interno di un complesso residenziale formato da villette, in area collinare a poco più di 1 km dal centro di Bardolino, abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento - villetta disposto su due piani, ciascuno con proprio accesso indipendente, camera da letto e bagno, ma soprattutto ciascuno con un proprio spazio all'aperto: giardinetto, per quello a piano terra, e piccola terrazza con splendida vista lago per quello al primo piano, dotato anche di cucina soggiorno con divano letto, e buona fornitura di attrezzature per cucinare. Pranzare all' aperto immersi in ambiente suggestivo costituiscono un valore aggiunto formidabile. Prezioso il posto auto interno. Accoglienza perfetta da parte della signora Laura, gentile e premurosa. La ringraziamo anche per gli orari di ingresso e uscita flessibili. Ha risolto rapidamente problema di una piccola perdita in bagno.

Viel Platz auf 2 Ebenen, Balkon und Terrasse, sehr ruhig, Blick auf den Gardasee

Vom Haus aus ist es nicht möglich, gleich Spaziergänge zu machen, man muss erst relativ viel über Straßen gehen. Da wir mit Hund unterwegs waren, haben wir das Auto oft benötigt. Wer mit Fahrrad unterwegs ist, hat es da schon besser
