The host were wonderful, the self check-in was very clear and easy, and the location is absolutely fantastic. Everything was spotless, spacious and cozy. A few special requests for a later check-out were accommodated instantly, depending on availability - we were lucky that no other guests were arriving the next day. Communication snd hospitality were 100%. Next time we to come Brodolino, we will stay definately only here! Thank you sonmuch! ♥️

A warm welcome to a wonderful “dolce vita”

Exceptional stay and cannot wait to rebook !

Spotless apartment - it looked like it had just been refurbed - it was immaculately clean and has all amenities. The glazing is of a high standard, despite a noisy bar outside if the windows are closed you cannot hear - I am a light sleeper but slept through the night which is very rare. The host was amazingly helpful and easy to contact.

Nothing - I would only say maybe add an iron and ironing board, maybe you haven’t for health and safety reasons but it would be handy

It's a beautiful and clean apartment.

The location was perfect. Right in the center of downtown. The air conditioner was American cold and water pressure was phenomenal. The apartment was soundproof and you couldn't hear the downtown noise

Wonderful - and highly recommended

All communication in advance was excellent. Our plane times meant we would be arriving later in the day but Pietro made sure he was at the apartment to greet us. In researching the apartment many former guests praised Pietro and Elisa - and quite rightly so. They were both excellent representatives - professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment itself was excellent - spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, well appointed and all the facilities we needed. The location was hard to beat - plus Bardolino is beautiful and Lake Garda is spectacular

Nicely renovated apartments at the center of town with free parking

Nicely renovated apartments at the center of town, with free parking at a location nearby. With the windows closed the noise isolation was pretty good compared to the central location. The apartment was clean and well-equipped.

Approaching the apartment by car is a bit hard during daytime, as it is a pedestrian zone. So if you don't have a lot of luggage, then I recommend picking up the keys for the parking while someone staying with the car on the main road nearby.

Great location in the middle of the center. Very nice and new apartment, lot´s of space and three nice but small balconies overlooking the main street with restaurants and shops. No noise at night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage!

Die Wohnung ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und man hat viel Platz, um seine Sachen zu verstauen. Besser geht es nicht! Sie liegt total zentral und man ist sofort mitten im Geschehen. Tiefgaragenstellplatz inklusive. Nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man jedoch direkt vor die Wohnung fahren. Pietro und sein Kollege sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr gut organisiert - ankommen und wohlfühlen!

De locatie is perfect gelegen in het centrum van Bardolino. Je loopt zo overal heen. De host is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We konden onze fietsen op een binnenplaatsje zetten (achter gesloten deur) en de host hielp zelfs de fietsen naar boven dragen. Het ligt in een voetgangersgebied. Met de auto erheen ging prima, de host wachtte ons buiten op bij het begin van het voetgangersgebied, en de instructies hoe de auto verder weg te zetten in een parkeergarage op loopafstand waren helder. Ik denk wel dat het op drukke tijden (zoals acht uur 's avonds bijvoorbeeld) een hele uitdaging is om er met de auto doorheen te komen. Wij hadden geen balkon, er waren wel appartementen met een klein balkon, maar we hebben dit ook niet gemist.

In het appartement hing wel een beetje vislucht of zo. Binnen heb je dat niet in de gaten, maar je merkt het als je binnenkomt. Verder sliepen we met de ramen dicht omdat het buiten met een terras onder het raam tot laat gehorig is.

Tolles Apartment. Super Lage. Nächster Aufenthalt schon gebucht!

Absolut geniale Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Alles super sauber und sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Tolles Bad. Alles da, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung stand ein Rosé Wein am Tisch und im Kühlschrank 2 Flaschen Wasser. Auch ein paar Kaffee Kapseln waren vorhanden. Tiefgarage ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Durch die schall dichten Fenster, ist es absolut ruhig, obwohl man mitten in der Altstadt ist. Balkon mit Seeblick.

Bis zum Hochpaterre sind es 20 Stufen. Der Lift ist extrem langsam. Es wäre schön, wenn man pro Person für 6 Tage nicht nur 1 Handtuch und 1 Badetuch bekommen würde. Ist etwas wenig. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer waren 2 Einzelbetten, die schon sehr schmal waren. Das WLAN war leider sehr schlecht

Ankommen, willkommen sein und sich wie zuhause fühlen.

Unsere Anreise war bestens vorbereitet. Wir erhielten ein Video mit Erläuterungen zum Parken und wurden von Elisa zur verabredeteten Zeit vor dem Appartment freundlich begrüßt. Sie erklärte uns alle Einrichtungen des Appartments und hatte ein Wohlfühlpaket vorbereitet: 1 Flasche Wein, Wasser, Kaffeekapseln, Reinigungsmittel und neue Reinigungstücher etc. Alles war hell und chic eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Elisa sowie auch Pietro waren während unseres Aufenthaltes stets gut erreichbar. Elisa gab uns auch viele gute Tipps zu Restaurants und Auflugszielen. Während unseres 10tägigen Aufenthaltes bekamen wir wie selbstverständlich auch neue Handtücher. Die zentrale Lage des Appartments fanden wir super, denn es war gleichzeitig nachts sehr ruhig.

Den Balkon hatten wir uns etwas größer vorgestellt, was aber kein echtes Problem war. Die Betten waren sehr gut, die Bequemlichkeit wäre aber noch größer gewesen, wenn unter den Matratzen ein Lattenrost gewesen wäre.

Perfektes Appartement für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Fußgängerzone, gute und dichte Fenstee, bequeme Betten, gute leise Klimaanlage, gut ausgestattete Küche und Bad, Pietro war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht englisch. Parkplatz ist im überdachten Parkhaus, ca 5 Min zu Fuß. Zum Ausladen kann kurz vor dem Haus gehalten werden. Für Hausstauballergiker geeignet.

Eigentlich nix, es ist halt klar, dass es nachts bei OFFENEM Fenster lauter ist. Um das Haus herum sind mehrere Lokale. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man absolut nix. Balkon vielleicht etwas klein ( app 4C). Etwas mehr Bügel (4/Zimmer) wäre schön.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert.

Alles war genau wie beschrieben. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Raus aus der Tür und direkt in der Altstadt von Bardolino. Wohnung echt schick und sehr sauber. Die Fenster absolut dicht und man hat vom Tourismustrubel bei geschlossenen Fenster nichts gehört. Aber ehrlich… wer hört nicht gern ein bissl italienisches Gemurmel? Wir haben mit offenen Fenstern geschlafen. Das Parkhaus war gut fussläufig erreichbar und auch sehr geräumig. Ausstattung TOP, Lage TOP, Sauberkeit TOP, Kontakt zum Vermieter TOP

sehr schönes und neues Appartement, super Ausstattung, Lage hervorragend, Parkplatz in der örtlichen Tiefgarage. Einfach Top. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Gastgeberin Elisa sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check in, Schlüsselübergabe und Check out problemlos, kommen gerne wieder.

Ottima posizione, super centrale. Appartamento nuovo e ben curato, con tutto il necessario a disposizione. Ambiente confortevole e ben pulito. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Lo staff è stato molto presente fin da subito per qualsiasi esigenza (anche a posticipare l’orario di check-out senza problemi). Da ritornarci assolutamente.

Lage war total super, man ist direkt in der Stadt und trotzdem ist es total ruhig in der Nacht, die Fenster sind total dicht! Wir hatten nur einmal Live Musik vor den fenstern aber da war um 22.30 ruhe 😊 Zimmer riesig, total Sauber. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! 😊
