Palazzo Betteloni

Great location, great space with 2 separate bedrooms. Very small balcony with a slim lake view. Very secure and we felt safe in the area as well as in the apartment. Although we don’t drink alcohol, the wine was a nice touch, maybe offer an alternative? Elisa was very helpful and tried her best to answer queries.

It was extremely hot with a heatwave during our entire stay. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work continuously. It was lovely and cold when it was on but it kept switching off when it got to a certain temperature which meant we were very hot during the nights and also disturbed our sleep with the noise of it switching on and off. We struggled with this every night, trying to find different ways to make it cooler. Elisa did try to help but unfortunately could not make it work for us. We asked whether a fan was available instead particularly for our teenage daughter but there wasn’t one. We loved the apartment and would have given it a higher rating if the air con was resolved.

Everything about this property was wonderful.

Die Lage des Palazzo Betteloni ist genial, mitten in der Altstadt. Parkplatz 8 Minuten Fussweg vom Appartement weg. Rund herum viele Möglichkeiten für den Brunch, Abendessen. 2 Minuten Fussweg und man ist am See. Sensationelle Fenster, sie schirmen den ganzen Altstadtlärm ab. Wir haben zwei Flaschen Mineral erhalten plus einen Rose-Wein - sehr eine nette Geste.

Unser Appartement war im 2. Stock, also hatten wir niemanden über uns. Wir hatten seitliche Nachbarn, welche Nachts um 12 Uhr Stühle umherruckten. Das selbe morgens um 6 Uhr.

The location was wonderful - in center of town. Easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was perfect for me and my 2 grown daughters. I had a double bedroom and they had 2 twins in their room. Shared bathroom was roomy and nice. Kitchenette and dining/living area were perfect. All was so clean!! And quiet. Pietro and Elisa were available for help if we needed it.

The pillows were a bit hard to us, but we are really picky about pillows! They were obviously high quality but we like squishy pillows! haha. Mirrors in bedrooms would be nice but not a big deal.
