Honestly the rooms are basic, but they are clean, tidy and maintained well. You get what you pay for and i have zero complaints. Reasonably priced and cheerful.

Not a problem with the hotel. But once you make the booking via booking.com you are then advised by booking.com to call up the hotel to confirm your reservation. I feel like this should have been on booking.com to organise. Like what's the point in them brokering rooms on behalf of hotels etc if you stilll need to call up the hotel directly. But again called up and hotel staff were excellent and all resolved very quickly.

It was an ideal location. Right on the seafront.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

We had to stay in a different property due to a plumbing issue, Laura was a brilliant host and messaged me immediately to sort out new accommodation. Our property was absolute gorgeous, with a wonderful sea view and a lovely homey little room, right next to the seafront.

Nothing at all!

The location and parking were great, the coffee and tea were good, and there was no road noise as we were at the back of the house. The room was well equipped for self-catering with a small hob, microwave, and fridge It was a cheap stay for the location on a Saturday night.

Oddly, there was washing-up liquid and hand sanitizer in the room, but no shower gel. I expected shower gel as a minimum. The noise from the guests in the room above us disturbed our sleep, continuing into the very early hours, walking around the room, moving the chairs, and chatting until at least 4am. This part is not on the owner, but it's clearly a converted house, so the lack of noise insulation between the walls and ceiling meant that we were kept awake by the noise of other guests, and I had my noise-canceling headphones in. I expect we were just unlucky to get one of "those" guests. Had we not had Mr. and Mrs. inconsiderate above us, we would not have been aware of the issues with a converted house. If the other guest hadn't kept us awake, the fridge would have started. We didn't need a fridge, but there was no way to turn it off. The bed wasn't comfortable, with a dip on the side, and it was obvious when lying in the bed
