5137 numaralı odada kaldık ve oda temizliği olsun, minibar dolumu olsun hergün eksiksiz yapıldı. Çalışan bütün elemanlar o kadar tatlı o kadar samimilerdi ki oteli sevme sebebimiz neredeyse onlardı. Animasyon ekibinden Sena hanım, Altan bey ve Yusuf bey aşırı samimi ve ilgililerdi. Diğer otellere nazaran buradaki garsonlar bile mutlu ve güler yüzlülerdi. Müşteri hizmetlerinden de oldukça memnun kaldık. Servis, ilgi, temizlik, aktiviteler 10 numaraydı. Tekrar gitmeyi şüphe duymadan düşünebileceğimiz bir otel.
Sadece yemek çeşitleri bazen çok kısıtlıydı. Aç kalmadık, ama yemek çeşitleri çok daha fazla olan otellere de gittiğimiz için buranın yemek bölümü bizi pek tatmin etmedi. Ama servis edilen yemek ve tatlılar çok lezzetliydi. Ek olarak; denizi tamamen kum sanıyorduk ama çok fazla ve büyük kayalıklar vardı maalesef. Yüzerken ayağımı çarpacakmıyım, yaralanacakmıyım tedirginliğinden rahat rahat gevşeyerek yüzemedik. Oyüzden tek eksileri yemek seçenekleri ve denizi diyebilirim.

Friendly atmosphere all staff were really nice. Entertainment team especially Artan went out of his way to make us all feel welcome.
Very clean, family friendly, good selection eating places again staff were exceptional.
We didn’t use kids club but staff seemed fun and our grandchildren loved the mini disco. We also enjoyed Archery, Boccia, water Aerobics and water polo.
We loved the coffee bar an added bonus.
Worth a trip in to Side the old town was spectacular.
