i have never stayed an at all inclusive hotel before. the food was fabulous and one could go to smaller restaurants and not the huge cafeteria room with a zillion stations. the room was very spacious. great gym. huge huge pool. lovely beach. we left hotel once to see the town, which was lovely.
staff was always apologizing and not doing. they use a translator. neither english nor german are understood but spoken. big difference between understanding and speaking. i had a ton of ants swarming in the bathroom the first night. guest services did deal with the issue. there was lots of back and forthing but the bugs did stay gone. i would ask for various things for mini bar and they would not arrive.

Good weather and the sea
The room wasn’t clean when we arrived. It was very dusty and the toilet seat was dirty. Upon reporting it to the reception I was told that it can’t be true as the rooms gets cleaned every day. The tableware and cutleries in the restaurants weren’t clean, always with stains.
