Hotel Turan Prince - All Inclusive

The overall experience was average for the price. The food is fairly average, but there is enough variety and you definitely won’t go hungry. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping and regular towel changes. The pool areas can get quite crowded, probably due to the peak season. The hotel should definitely do something about guests reserving sunbeds with towels. For example, the two sunbeds in front of me had towels on them all day, but nobody showed up until almost closing time. Clearly, someone had reserved them early in the morning and left them unused for most of the day. There is no such problem at the beach, as there are plenty of sunbeds available. The sea is also very pleasant and especially suitable for families with small children. The alcoholic drinks are a bit disappointing. Don’t expect well-known international brands; the selection is mostly standard local brands. Overall, I would rate the value for money as average. It’s not a bad hotel, but at this price point, I believe there are better resorts available.

The hotel was too crowded, and I think the food selection could have been more varied. The snack bar serves almost exactly the same menu every day: chicken döner and gözleme. There are also unnecessary queues for these items. A hotel in this price range should have solved this issue by now and could easily offer alternatives such as beef döner. At the main restaurant, lamb liver was served for lunch almost every day, which felt quite repetitive and unnecessary. It could have been replaced on some days with red meat or even turkey to provide more variety. Another issue was the grilling. The grilled chicken had a very noticeable fish smell. Even if separate grills are not available, proper cleaning between different foods should prevent the flavors and smells from mixing. The same applies to the fried food at the snack bar. Chicken drumsticks and wings are served every day, and the frying oil needs to be changed more frequently. Overall, better food variety and more attention to food preparation would make a significant difference.

Værelserne var gamle og uren. Rengøringspersonalet kunne have været meget bedre. Havde jeg vidst at der er urent og gammel havde jeg ikke valgt hotellet. Dette ser man ikke på billederne på booking.com
