Acqua Verde Appartamenti

I booked this apartment for my mother to stay on her own as I was in a campsite nearby with my young family. Excellent location, the shared balcony has the most beautiful view you will ever see. Excellent communication with the owner and apt cleaned and linen changed on day 5. Would highly recommend.

Nothing negative to say.

Host lives opposite and was very easy to find to meet and greet. Slight issue with internet just after arrival but was sorted straight away. Beautiful Location on the edge of town. restaurants and bars on same road and plenty more within 2 minutes walking distance. Shared balcony, but don't let that put you off. It is very large with plenty of space and lovely views. 5 minute walk to bus stops and ferry terminal. 10 mins walk to train station. Aircon really good, especially as it was 40C when we travelled.

Kitchen/diner/living area as you walk in very compact and sofa bed not very comfy. Only a small wardrobe and not other storage in the apartment. No problem if only a couple travelling but would be very cramped for family in the apartment we stayed in. I am not sure if the other apartments were larger but would recommend checking if more than 2 people staying.

Location was excellent. Hosts were very helpful with check in and out as well as car parking.

Great location

I’m not entirely sure how to describe my experience, especially given the overwhelming number of positive reviews this place has. The location is excellent, and the accommodation looks exactly like the photos. However, it didn’t feel welcoming, cozy, or comfortable. There was a strong damp, cold, old smell throughout the space. I imagine it might be different in the summer when it’s warm, dry, and the windows can be kept open, but during our stay it was freezing, and we had to keep the air conditioning on heating mode constantly. And the large book of rules and restrictions left on the kitchen table—featuring gems like “don’t talk between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.” and “don’t breathe after 10 p.m.” (I’m exaggerating, but that’s how it felt!)—certainly didn’t help create a welcoming atmosphere.
