Zentrum, Restaurants, Eisdiele fußläufig erreichbar, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, sehr netter Empfang, wunderbares Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen nach Wahl, knusprigen Brötchen, wechselndem süßen Kleingebäck und Kuchen, selbst gemachten Marmeladen (u.a. Kiwi), Wurst und Käse, wechselnden Angeboten im "Müslibereich" (Porridge, Bircher Müsli, viele Toppings), frische Feigen, Obstsalat, Ingwershot, Säften. Auch zu Stoßzeiten wird darauf geachtet, dass Teller und Schüsseln nicht leer bleiben.
Duschen in der Badewanne ist ein wenig umständlich.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, gute zentrale Lage, überdurchschnittlich bequeme Betten, praktische SB-„Bar“
Mit dem Zimmer 11 hatten wir wohl etwas Pech: undefinierbarer Geruch im Bad, keine stabile Wassertemperatur beim Duschen; hellhörig innerhalb des Hauses und Straßenlärm von außerhalb; keine ausreichende Verdunkelung am straßenseitigen Fenster (Rollläden gab es nur zum Balkon). Insgesamt passt Preis-Leistung hier nicht.
