Very good hotel, value for money in a great location.

Very cosy hotel that has all it needs. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, rich buffet with lot of local products. Location is also very well - close to the city center and to the bike path. The hotel has all it needs, also a bike room and a small garden in front of it.

The most stunning view and lovely host!

The view from our room was amazing! We had the cutest little balcony where we could watch the sunset over the hills. It was also easily accessible via bicycle, we were on a bike tour through Italy. Kurt was also so accommodating, we had a few snags in our day and ended up getting there much later than anticipated but he was able to accommodate which we so appreciated!

Ottima scelta, lo consiglierei!

Gradevolissimo hotel in centro a Silandro. Dotato di un buon parcheggio e di ampie aree comuni. Molto piacevole la colazione (buonissima e abbondante) in giardino. Camera ampia, con splendido affaccio sulle montagne. In generale molto buona la pulizia. Wifi perfettamente funzionante (uno dei migliori mai riscontrati in un hotel). Ottima la posizione che permette di raggiungere il centro del paese per cena o per spese varie. Più ampiamente parlando, ottima anche la posizione al centro della Val Venosta per poter esplorare bene tutti gli angoli. Molto, molto gentile la famiglia che gestisce l'hotel.

Il materasso della camera potrebbe essere migliorato, così come l'attenzione ad alcuni odori che in certi momenti si percepiscono in camera, ma niente di invalidante. Poca offerta di prodotti per il bagno, ma credo rientri nei servizi di un hotel di questa categoria.

Praktische Unterkunft mit viel Luft nach oben

Sehr gutes Frühstück, gute zentrale Lage, überdurchschnittlich bequeme Betten, praktische SB-„Bar“

Mit dem Zimmer 11 hatten wir wohl etwas Pech: undefinierbarer Geruch im Bad, keine stabile Wassertemperatur beim Duschen; hellhörig innerhalb des Hauses und Straßenlärm von außerhalb; keine ausreichende Verdunkelung am straßenseitigen Fenster (Rollläden gab es nur zum Balkon). Insgesamt passt Preis-Leistung hier nicht.

Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in dieser Gegend versuche ich wieder, ins selbe Haus zu kommen.

Nach mehreren Jahren zum ersten Mal wieder in Italien. Hätte mit einem so vielseitigen und reichlichen Frühstück nicht gerechnet. Einfach Super!

Bedingt zu empfehlen.

Preis-Leistung war OK. Sehr freudlicher Empfang von der Chefin, Lage zentral mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen, Frühstück und Zimmer guter Standard, schöner Garten zum Frühstücken, Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

Kein Aufzug (sollte man wissen, wenn man z. B. ein Zimmer im 3. Stock hat). Die Zimmer zur Straße hin eher laut, dafür Nordseite und vermutlich bei Hitze nicht so warm. Leider gab es wegen dem Laden meines E-Mopeds (seitens der Chefin abgesprochen) mit dem Chef eine aus meiner Sicht unnötige Diskussion über die Kosten einer Stromladung für mein E-Moped. Es handelte sich um ca. 2 KW Strom im Wert von rund einem Euro. Dieser eine Euro wurde mir dann tatsächlich extra berechnet, daraus kann jeder seine Schlüsse ziehen. Ferner stellte der Chef allgemein das kostenlose Laden von Ebikes in Frage, dazu brauch man wohl auch nicht mehr sagen. Welche Seite da jetzt kleinlich ist, mag jeder selber entscheiden, ich werde eher nicht wieder kommen.

Klasse - gerne wieder!

Der Empfang vom Inhaber war sehr freundlich. Die Lage war am Rande des Zentrums, ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Matratze "gefühlt" mittelhart und nicht (!) durchgelegen! Das Frühstück konnte ich auf der Terrasse am Garten einnehmen. Rühr- bzw. Spiegelei wurde frisch zubereitet. Kaffee mit warmer Milch. Auch sonst hat es das Frühstück an nichts fehlen lassen. Eine kurzfristige Stornierung eines Zimmers wurde problemlos abgewickelt. - Klasse!

Etwas enttäuschend.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Empfang war sehr unfreundlich von einer Dame. Der Abstellraum für unsere Fahrräder war sehr eng und konnten nur zu bestimmten Zeiten das Fahrrad rausnehmen.

Es war sehr laut in dieser Nacht von anderen Gästen. Ob es eine Hausordnung gibt? Um 23 Uhr noch Unterhaltungen und Radio.

Für eine kurze Auszeit toll, aber auch für länger.

Herr Pernthaler ,sowie auch seine Frau waren sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück war sehr gut, wer hier nicht satt wird ist selbst schuld. Auch Ausflugstipps gab es reichlich, und auch immer ein Schwätzchen. Pension liegt auch sehr Zentral, man kommt überall zu Fuß hin, ansonsten gibt es ja die Gästekarte für Bus und Bahn. Schlanders kann man sehr für Kurztrips empfehlen. Aber auch für länger .In Südtirol gibt es viel zu Entdecken.

Wir hatten ein super schönen Aufenthalt.

Bett war sehr bequem. Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, was super war. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und ausgesprochen sauber.

Die Etage war recht hellhörig und die Couch im Zimmer hätte für unseren Geschmack bequemer sein dürfen.

Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Herrliche Terasse und Garten mit 90 Jahre alten Nussbaum. Sehr schön dort mit dem Blick in die Berge zu frühstücken.
