Sehr netter Empfang trotz verspäteter Ankunft. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wir waren nur eine Nacht und waren rundum zufrieden. Tolle Nachbarn haben uns sogar ihr restliches Kaffeepulver mit Filter und Milch für unser Frühstück geschenkt .

Very good mountain views from our balcony, should be a good place for relax if not too cold outside.
The price is good compare to other hotels or apartments in the same area.

Location is good, not too far from town center.
The room is quite old but clean.
1. After checking in our room, the owner came at least 4 times to settle something, it was quite disturbing as we were tired from long travel and need to relax on our beds. It would be better if they could settle everything before the guest move in.
2. We booked a double room for 2 persons, but there was only one chair inside the room, my husband had to take in a very cold metal chair from the balcony for taking meals. The next morning we found a chair outside of our room, somebody sent it to us in the evening but never inform us because they had came at least 4 times since we checked-in, so they want to avoid further disturb, I guess! ( It would be better if they could arranged everything before we arrived )
3. The most serious problem with this hotel is the water! Rust ( hot ) water inside the bathroom in yellow colour and smell terrible, even the cold water also very dirty with a lot of dirt inside. After taking shower, my hair became extremely hard, and I lost soooo much hair during our stay and also days after coming home. It is really terrible!!
4. When we booked the room, it was mentioned that microwave should be provided inside the room but it was not! we only got it after my hubby request from the owner.
5. The room is different from the pictures showed on the comfirmation, it is much older and looked not really good. It is very disappointed to realise that we got something else from what we booked!
6. Very simple and tiny kitchen, but we didn't cook, so it was fine.
7. Late check-out is impossible, must leave the apartment in time.
8. We stayed 5 nights, the first 2 nights were quiet and we could sleep well. Anyway started from 3rd night, more guests moved in, it was very noisy, somebody talked very loud until 2am, we could not sleep well, the situation continued until the last night! We could hear everything from the neighbours, it was very noisy!
