Terrible rust water inside the bathroom, yellow colour and smell very bad!

Very good mountain views from our balcony, should be a good place for relax if not too cold outside. The price is good compare to other hotels or apartments in the same area. Friendly people. Location is good, not too far from town center. The room is quite old but clean.

1. After checking in our room, the owner came at least 4 times to settle something, it was quite disturbing as we were tired from long travel and need to relax on our beds. It would be better if they could settle everything before the guest move in. 2. We booked a double room for 2 persons, but there was only one chair inside the room, my husband had to take in a very cold metal chair from the balcony for taking meals. The next morning we found a chair outside of our room, somebody sent it to us in the evening but never inform us because they had came at least 4 times since we checked-in, so they want to avoid further disturb, I guess! ( It would be better if they could arranged everything before we arrived ) 3. The most serious problem with this hotel is the water! Rust ( hot ) water inside the bathroom in yellow colour and smell terrible, even the cold water also very dirty with a lot of dirt inside. After taking shower, my hair became extremely hard, and I lost soooo much hair during our stay and also days after coming home. It is really terrible!! 4. When we booked the room, it was mentioned that microwave should be provided inside the room but it was not! we only got it after my hubby request from the owner. 5. The room is different from the pictures showed on the comfirmation, it is much older and looked not really good. It is very disappointed to realise that we got something else from what we booked! 6. Very simple and tiny kitchen, but we didn't cook, so it was fine. 7. Late check-out is impossible, must leave the apartment in time. 8. We stayed 5 nights, the first 2 nights were quiet and we could sleep well. Anyway started from 3rd night, more guests moved in, it was very noisy, somebody talked very loud until 2am, we could not sleep well, the situation continued until the last night! We could hear everything from the neighbours, it was very noisy!

Fabulous views from balcony, peaceful village setting. Friendly and helpful owners.

Having a fantastic view was lovely. Was a nice, peaceful village location but close to the main road. Having a separate bedroom to the living room worked well for us. The owners were very friendly and helpful, even did a load of washing for us.

The ceiling was sloping in the kitchen and bathroom which was hazardous to our heads. There was no dishwasher, which the booking.com site listed. Overall felt a little dated, which wasn't reflected in the photos.

Eine wirklich desaströse Erfahrung

Gastgeber waren nett, aber darum gehts bei einer Hotelbewertung nur nebensächlich.

Das Zimmer ist alt, ungepflegt und lieblos mit alten Möbel eingerichtet. Die Tischsets waren schmutzig, es gab ein Sammlung diverser Handtücher, die Bettwäsche war verfärbt. Ein Vorleger vor der Küchenzeile war eklig, er wurde noch nie gereinigt. Das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung laut gegarkst … auch im Nachbarzimmer. Preis Leistung gehen hier weit auseinander. Die Fernbedienung wurde auch noch nie gereinigt (ekelhaft).

Gerne wieder

Sehr netter Empfang trotz verspäteter Ankunft. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wir waren nur eine Nacht und waren rundum zufrieden. Tolle Nachbarn haben uns sogar ihr restliches Kaffeepulver mit Filter und Milch für unser Frühstück geschenkt .

Relax e ospitalità in Val Venosta

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Alpenresidenz Maria e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento era ampio, fresco e dotato di tutto ciò che serve per cucinare e riposare al meglio. La piscina con giardino è perfetta per una sosta di relax, immersa in una location tranquilla e silenziosa, circondata dai meleti. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, davvero cordiale e disponibile: ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza anche se siamo arrivati senza preavviso con un cane, offrendoci una stanza più grande senza richiedere alcun supplemento di pulizia. Un gesto raro che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Consigliatissimo!

Purtroppo qualche insetto di troppo la sera costringe a tenere le finestre chiuse, ma è normale quando si sta in mezzo alla natura!

Ottimo alloggio a Val Venosta

Un ottimo alloggio per qualche giorno di svago nelle montagne. I proprietari erano molto cordiali e accoglienti, fornendoci anche qualche suggerimento per cosa fare nella zone e dove si mangia bene. Appartamento piccolo ma pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Il bagno è da poco ristrutturato. Abbiamo apprezzato il balcone dove abbiamo fatto la colazione con vista stupenda sulla vallata. Avendo poco tempo a disposizione purtroppo non siamo riusciti dí approfittare del relax in piscina. Ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo.

I cuscini troppo morbidi, la biancheria da letto un po’ datata.

Super erholsamer Urlaub!

Das Apartment war super sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeber waren überaus höflich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit – man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist der Brötchenservice. Mein persönliches Highlight war der Salzwasserpool – eine echte Oase der Entspannung.

La struttura si trova in una zona molto silenziosa, circondata da frutteti e montagne. Perfetta se cerchi relax e aria pulita. Ottimo compromesso tra semplicità e comfort. Si trova a breve distanza da Silandro, ma in una zona più tranquilla (Vetzan), ideale per chi non vuole troppa confusione.

Negli appartamenti, la pulizia giornaliera spesso non è inclusa. Potrebbero offrire pulizie intermedie a richiesta a prezzi accessibili, per chi soggiorna più a lungo.

Wunderschöner Ort mit sehr netter und komfortabler Führung,mega nette und sympathische Vermieter,die jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Ob Brötchenservice,der wunderschöne liebevoll ausgestattete Empfangsraum mit Lesematerial von Bücherkiste bis Wanderkarte und Getränken und der komfortable und wunderschöne Salzwasserpool-es fehlt an nichts! Toller Blick in die Berge,am Haus beginnende Wanderwege und der einladende Balkon zum Frühstück-wir können nur DANKE sagen. Seeeeehr zu empfehlen!!!

Toller Aufenthalt!

Sehr herzliche Vermieter! Die Lage ist gut, wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Den Pool haben wir sehr gern genutzt. Eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Wasserkocher ist vorhanden. Waschmaschine darf im Haus gegen eine Gebühr genutzt werden.

Das ist jetzt "jammern" auf ganz hohem Niveau und meine ganz persönliche Meinung: Betten etwas zu weich. 🫣

Schöner Wanderurlaub

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Es gibt Salzwasser-Pool, warm. In der Wohnung hat uns an nichts gefehlt, alles war sauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns gute Tipps . Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit vom Bahnhof, schöne Wanderwege, gute Pizzeria Bruggenwirt im Ort.

Tolles Appartment

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und komfortabel. Die Chefin total lieb und zuvorkommend. Der Pool super zum entspannen nach Wanderungen oder um noch ein bisschen Energie loszuwerden. Die Sauna haben wir nicht getestet.

Die Handtuch-Heizung im Bad konnte man leider nicht regeln. Und unserer Meinung nach ist die Wohnung nicht barrierefrei, da zwischen Gang und Bad eine Kante ist, und auch zwischen Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer. Uns hat das nicht gestört, da wir keine Barrierefreiheit benötigen, aber evtl. Ist es wichtig für andere Gäste.
