Exceptional!

An exceptional hotel due to the fabulous owners and staff. It goes to the top of my list for the tremendous care, support and friendliness that you receive. This care starts from breakfast and is there throughout the day. The breakfast is beyond gorgeous and the attention and service by staff once again exceptional. As a guest who only speaks English I cant praise the place enough for helping me to understand and be understood. The hotel is a relatively new build, there are so many areas to relax in, outside, inside lounge and wellness centre with sauna and indoor and outdoor pool a bonus. I had a fantastic stay, it was like coming home each day, rather than a place of board. I hope to return.

Pleasant hotel & location but "Basil Fawltey" manager.

Location convienent able to safely lock bikes in shed. Room was fine & views of scenary.

Grumpy male manager (aka Basil Fawltey!) who just seemed unfriendly & unhelpful at times. Enquired about a kettle for room or cup of hot water seemed very reluctant or put out about our requests. Rest of the staff (Sybil) were fine.

The owners and the staff are very nice, helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel is very good so that all restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The indoor and outdoor pools are well maintained and were not crowded. Breakfast is very rich and versitale, we really enjoyed it.

Good place in a beautiful part of Italy

We spent 3 days in summer at this nice hotel to do some hiking. The owners of this place are extremely lovely and very helpful. The breakfast is amazing: so many options! It's great to have breakfast while watching the mountains on the terrace.

Just a little tip: make sure to double-check your reservation with the owners in advance if you have any specific requests. We did not get the room with balcony and mountain view (as booked on Booking) because we had a special request to have two separate beds. Arrived there it turned out such room wasn't availabe. This was not clear on Booking.com. If we had known this in advance we wouldn't have opted for this separate bed option, because those mountain views are just stunning.

Belle le camere ( loro le chiamano suite ) al piano interrato con uscita diretta in giardino

Nessuna recinzione della suite, sarebbe stato bello se ogni suite avesse avuto all’uscita della stanza sì il tavolino con le poltrone ma non c’è nessun divisorio con cancelletto e avendo i cani e’ un problema perché vanno dappertutto e lasciando la porta aperta rischi che ti entra un cane estraneo o addirittura uno sconosciuto

Tutto molto confortevole . 4 consigli .... Nella sala di aspetto non vi erano giornali e riviste in Italiano solo in Tedesco.) Nelle camere non c'era la Teiera con le bustine di Tè o Tisane a corrente ed il frigobar era vuoto.Il dentifricio non viene fornito. E inoltre non vi era il doppio cuscino nell'armadio . Sono piccolezze ma fanno la differenza .

La colazione buona con molta scelta tra dolce e salato. Il Signore che ci ha fatto il check in è stato molto cortese.

L'hotel anche se vicino al centro non è in una bella posizione. La piscina è piccolissima e il giardino troppo attaccato alle case confinati quindi poco riservata. Il personale di sala non molto socievole. Il parcheggio non adeguato alla capienza dell'hotel. Prezzo pagato non in linea con la struttura che non rispecchia le 4 stelle che sfoggia.

Pulizia in ogni luogo, camerieri in sala molto professionali e attenti. Colazione e cena buone. Dimensioni di spa e piscina ben proporzionati alle dimensioni della struttura.

In camera mancano bidet, il frigo e aria condizionata. Alcuni arredi andrebbero cambiati (portasciugamani arrugginito). Doccia senza box, frutta fresca della colazione poco curata. Acqua delle piscine con troppo cloro. Nella spa si può accendere contemporaneamente solo la sauna o il bagno turco. Bottiglia di acqua da 0,75 l a 5€. Posizione rumorosa.

Hotel molto bello Suite n.3 piano terra. Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte,in mezza pensione. Suite moderna con cucina,ampio bagno,terrazza che si affaccia sul giardino con zona prendisole e piscina. Colazione per tutti i gusti. Cena con antipasto,2 primi,un secondo e dolce. Parcheggio. Vicino al centro dove ci sono alcuni piccoli locali e qualche negozio. Noi lo abbiamo utilizzato come base di ritorno dal passo dello Stelvio e per visitare il lago di Resia e Glorenza.
