An ok hotel

Check in was fine.when we went to our room there was a dog barking in the room opposite so we had to go back to reception to ask for a room change which she did without any problem .staff were very pleasant and there was a buffalo grill very near.

Lack of Wifi. There was a drinks machine in the lobby but no instructions attached. no comfortable chair in room,only a stool

The price and the parking

Cleanliness very bad, be very careful. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff did not have a reservation from Booking.com and we had problems and did not have the room. Eventually we managed to talk to a staff person, but he didn't speak English, nevertheless we managed to buy a room with the booking system at the entrance of the hotel. The price seemed cheap, but unfortunately the room was very dirty, there was hair in the sheets and the toilet was not clean.

Okay for the price you pay

Pros: - Cheapest hotel we found in the area - Housekeeping crew are nice and helpful - Coffee and snack vending machine by the lobby Cons - Check-in time is too late at 5pm. Plus, there is no concierge, and you need to do a self check-in through a computer that doesn’t work. Good thing we called in advance to do an early check-in, so we were given a room number and passcode to open the room. - Towels can be improved. It’s too small and thin. - Pillows aren’t fluffy at all Overall, you get what you pay for. It’s a budget hotel so don’t expect any luxury.

The simplicity, not having to carry a key, and the helpfulness of the staff.

Without transport it was difficult to get into town. Taxi service was not easy to arrange. Bus timetable and directions to the bus stop would have been appreciated. But we managed.

For work: good location to stay. For vacation: it will not be my choice.

Price/Quality is OK. As it is a budget hotel you cannot expect too much for this price, What you need is there: a bed, a TV, a shower, wifi and free parking in front of hotel. Breakfast: simple but okay. If you want a drink or snacks: there are machines at the entrance. Buffalo Bills grill restaurant and a Burger King are nearby on walking distance.

A nice place for the budget minded. Clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Good value. It was a clean room with private bath and a comfortable bed. Fresh towels daily. Everything worked, lights, tv, water, toilet, etc. I very nice breakfast with excellent coffee and lots of it. Great pastries and a good selection of items, all good.

Shower was a bit small and the door didn't seal well so there was water outside the shower. Room was a bit warm with a west facing widow with limited control over how much sun shown in (not a big problem).
