Lovely place to visit and hotel in excellent location and very reasonable

Overpriced and dated little hot room.

Leaving . Thankfully it was clean.

Shabby, overpriced and so dated, with nasty furniture. Paper thin walls!!! On a 32 degree day the owner only opened the reception 5 mins early for the queue of check ins waiting in the heat. Very slow and long winded check in. 3 buildings used as this hotel. Only booked it as a busy weekend and nowhere else. Wouldn't make that mistake again.

Very good

Located in the city centre, house and furniture clean and in good order, very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely better than what you expect from two-star hotel. Excellent meals, both dinner and breakfast.

Basic, clean hotel in a good location

The location was great, the room was very clean, and the lady who ran the hotel was extremely helpful and charming.

The room was quite small, there was a motion detector light in the entry of our room that kept clicking off and on, and the handle of the door was very loose. In addition, the shower light didn’t work. We think the bulb was burned out. We also could but get the the WiFi to work.

Not so far from the city centre and close to a free parking lot. The host is very kind and careful to the requests. Personally I have appreciated the 70's furniture in the bar: a dive in the past!

The room pictures are honest: the structure isn't new and have many aspects that reveals a long life. Some renovation has been made to keep it work fine: new elevator and so on. Maybe more attention on cleanliness.

Bad entrance system and no night customer service. We got locked out of the hotel, couldn’t sleep in our room and spent the whole night outside.

Ein zentral gelegenes Hotel für den Besuch von Concaeau

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Unsere beiden Hunde waren auch im Frühstücksraum gern gesehen. Die Dame von der Rezeption gab uns noch gute Tipps zum kostenlosen Parken und wo man hingehen sollte.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Hôtel à proximité du centre ville

Un seul arrêt minute devant l'hôtel. Le parking indiqué dans la fiche est public, assez proche de l'hôtel mais complet le jour et la nuit. Par ailleurs, aucun respect des horaires. Ouverture prétendue à 16h. Nous avons dû attendre sous la pluie l'arrivée de la propriétaire à 16h20. Le petit déjeuner nous est annoncé des 7h30. Aucun personnel dans l'hôtel avant 7h45 mais rien n'était préparé à l'avance. Cette dame qui ne connaissait pas l'horaire donné par sa patronne a cependant fait ce qu'elle a pu pour servir au mieux les clients. La propriétaire par contre, n'a pas semblé perturbée par ces désagréments. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement où le respect du client n'est manifestement pas la préoccupation première.

Endroit chouette, mais hôtel beaucoup trop ancien.

L’emplacement était chouette .

Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas du tout présent. Le stationnement est très aléatoire vu qu’on doit se garer dans la rue ( niveau sécurité c’est pas le mieux) sachant que 80% des places sont payantes aux alentours de l’hôtel.
