Good location, few minutes walk from the metro, bus stops, 15-20 min from Part Dieu train station. The flat is pretty spatious for 2 people, in a fairly good condition, there are all facilities listed in the booking provided. There is an elevator.
There is too large deposite of 500 euro required. The kitchen was missing microwave, kettle and a cutting board. It was also missing basic supplies like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, paper towels/napkins, etc so you have to buy all of them, even for few days if you are planning to cook. Regarding the cleaning, despite the cleaning fee of 50 euro, it was not performed well enough. Some of the towels need to be replaced. There are old spots in some of shower towels and the burned hole in the kitchen one.

Une très belle découverte
Un endroit extrêmement agréable, très accessible et bien localisé. J'ai pu voyager en Suisse grâce à cet appartement et la proximité qu'il a avec les différents transports en commun. Je n'hésiterai pas à le reprendre si je dois encore voyager à Lyon.
À part quelques problèmes d'instruction à l'arrivée et quelques équipements défectueux mais sans réellement déranger le confort, j'ai passé un excellent séjour.

Le lieu, l'accès au logement, les commerces, certains équipements , le couchage,le chauffage
Le lavabo était bouché, ça sentait un peu le renfermé, pas d'accès au local poubelle , le sol pas assez propre., la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas correctement.

Manque de respect
En arrivant le lavabo boucher Les chaises avec un manque énorme de vis pas du tout fonctionnel. La télévision impossible de la faire fonctionner avec les télécommandes piles faibles. Le canapé lit dans le salon état sale. Et en plus on a payé 45€ pour quitter à 15h même pas un geste commercial de leur part.
