Fantastic views.
Quiet location easy to find. You will need a car to get around. Latchi and Polis area and beaches lovely. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Bed comfortable. Owners really nice people. Great pool. Recommended.
Apartments a little dated but had everything we needed

Spacy, clean rooms, packed with all electrical appliances and amenities. Mr Socrates was always available and more than willing to help with everything.

Everything!! One of the best value\price ratio I ever had. One of the few places we booked I am absolutely sure we will be back again! Large comfortable room with two terraces (!), to both sides.
The hosts are very friendly, responsible and caring. We recommend Ttakkas beach (7 minutes drive). Families with kids, note there is Reptiles and amphibies park nearby and also small Donkey Farm, you can feed and pet donkeys, but not ride (with cafe). Google both (Neo Chorio Donkey farm).
Still a few remarks. Note that the pool is relatively small. I guess when Eden Heights is fully booked, it may be a bit cramped.
In addition, some things can be renewed (like air conditioners, some of the kitchen stuff etc). But as I wrote above, the price-value ratio if fantastic.

The setting and the owners.
Things that need updating. The fridge freezer, the kettle, shower curtain, pillows.
Few more kitchen items. Sharp
knife, measuring jug, casserole dish.
Full sun on back balcony all day. Owners provided an umbrella but it wasn’t enough.
