Amalia Apartments

Pros The apartment has a fantastic location, with the sea just across the street. The balcony is spacious and offers a beautiful view, making it a wonderful place to spend mornings and evenings. The location is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area and travelling to different places.

Cons Since the property was advertised as renovated, we expected a more modern and cleaner apartment. Unfortunately, there were quite a few signs of wear and tear, and some of the furniture appeared old and outdated. The apartment would benefit from a thorough deep clean, as there was dust and dirt in several areas. The terrace table was also disappointing. Based on the photos, we expected a new table, but instead, there was an old wooden one. Since we spent a lot of time on the terrace, this was particularly noticeable. Overall, the location, spacious balcony and beautiful sea views were the biggest advantages. However, better cleaning, updated furniture and more attention to detail would significantly improve the experience.

Great location across the road from the beach and easy parking, decent sized property. AC in bedroom ad kitchen/diner. Great Value. Full size fridge freezer. 4 free shared washing machines at the rear, with hanging space and pegs. The pool was nice with sunbeds and shade. We arrived late and the host left some food for breakfast.

The kitchen and furnishings are a little tired. but great value, so no big deal

Fantastic location, opposite a lovely beach with 3 great restaurants within 2 minute walk and the port and marina of Latchi less than 10 minute walk away. The accommodation was clean and the host communicated promptly and very helpfully. Great value and I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The decoration and some of the facilities were a little tired but not so much so that it would discourage me from booking the apartment again. Overall, still thoroughly recommended.
