The beach access was amazing and the villa was very spacious.
Toilets can run a pump if not fully closed (off and on every few minutes. Also, sometimes neighbors being close means loud nights past midnight (3 am).

We loved the location and the size of the house, the added pool and desk chairs made for great relaxing. We made use of the outdoor bbq as well.
The only small complaint we had was the couch was a little dirty

We were in mid-September at Villa Artemidis. Good location, quiet and peaceful place. The villa is equipped with everything you need. Everything was great. Eva was responsive and helpful. There is an equipped beach 500 meters from the villa, shops and cafes are easily accessible by car in 5 minutes.
The villa needs renovation. The dishes were dirty, we had to re-wash everything in the dishwasher. The internet is not very good.

The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to everything we needed both before and during our stay.
The property is very dated and in need of an update. The outside particularly is unkempt one sun lounger was broken. The pool needed cleaning far more often. The mid stay clean could have been more thorough for a two week stay. Change of towels and bed sheets was great but would have really been good to have a clean and change of tea towels.
