Spacious and comfortable property in a very nice area halfway between Polis town and Latchi Harbour. Beach via a 2 min walk down neighbouring pathway. Lovely 10min beachfront walk to Latchi.
Interior of house very clean and well maintained.
Only thing to be careful of are the open steps into the 1.5m deep pool, which can be very slippy when you have suncream on.
Great views from roof terrace - particularly at sunset.

I definitely recommend it! Everything we needed was there, the communication was very good, and we were able to leave the villa a little later.
