This beautiful luxury villa is situated within its stunning landscaped gardens and has a beautiful 10m x 5m infinity pool offers the ultimate in bathing, relaxation and fun for the family. There is ample parking including an underground garage.

An internal staircase leads to the ground floor with a bright and airy lounge, fully equipped luxury Italian kitchen with granite worktops, dining area, twin bedroom and marble bathroom. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a large terrace, with pergola and feature stone arches which beautifully frames the view to the gardens, pool and sea. Stairs lead down from here to the pool terraces and gardens. 4th bedroom is located in the lower ground living area.
On the first floor there s another large marble bathroom and shower and two double bedrooms with ample fitted storage areas. The real treat is the extended balcony which can be accessed from both bedrooms and covers the entire width of the villa. It has a table and 6 chairs, large pegola, sun beds and a BBQ. We had a great stay. The weather was fantastic. The Villa generally great. Just a few bits could maybe do with a little refresh.
The pool was great and the private beach was amazing.
Latchi was a lovely place about 10 minute drive away and the boat hire was a great day. Polis with supermarkets and plenty of food options was close and plenty of choice.
Overall a great stay and hope to return sometime soon

We had a wonderful off season ten days in october. Location, pool, sea nearby, living space, all was very good. Only minor negative point: non functioning doorlocks on bathrooms; mattresses were relatively firm. But all this added nonetheless up to a wonderful stay. Advice: don’t forget your plugs/transformers, all is British three pin system
