Vista Apartments

The apartments are brand new, beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and offer a lovely view. There are great walking paths nearby, and we really appreciated the flexible check-in/check-out times, as well as the fact that the property is pet-friendly.

However, there was a complete lack of privacy. You are essentially staying in the hosts' house, and the entrance leads straight into their kitchen. To get to the apartment itself, you have to climb a steep, narrow staircase to the second floor, which is quite difficult with luggage. Furthermore, random people were walking across our terrace, which scared both us and our dogs; the host gave no clear explanation, advance warning, or apology. It was also impossible to open the bedroom window because it faces a busy road, so we had to sleep in a very stuffy room. Additionally, there is a pet fee of €15 per night per dog, and although the host did give us a discount for our two dogs, I still believe this fee should be clearly stated in the house rules beforehand. Lastly, the parking fits only three cars. One day our spot was taken, and later the host bothered us, asking to move our car when we were extremely busy.

We had a lovely week skiing here with two teenage kids. The apartment is quiet, newly refurbished, very well equipped and has a balcony with stunning mountain views. Location is in a small village outside Seefeld, very well connected by an hourly bus that brings you to Seefeld and the ski lifts at Gschwandtkopf (for Skiing at Roßhütte you need to connect to another bus at the station, but this is also totally feasible). I was positively surprised that we really didn’t need a car. What makes this place really special is the lovely hosts, who provided an amazing breakfast and made us feel welcome and well looked after.

De hartelijkheid en betrokkenheid van de eigenaars maakten echt het verschil — we voelden ons meteen welkom. Het ontbijt was elke ochtend heerlijk en met zorg bereid, en we kregen altijd eerlijke en duidelijke info over het weer en de regio, wat ons een gerust gevoel gaf.

Eigenlijk niets noemenswaardig.

Everything was great! The apartment is newly renovated, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back to Vista apartment sometime!
