Superb staff with helpful recommendations and tips. Custom order breakfast the day before for each morning - excellent quality! Nice big rooms. Everything clean and tidy and comfortable. Very little to improve on.

Wooden frame building carries noise so can hear other guests talking /moving late at night (would be the same for all these cabin type guesthouses in the area though I imagine). Only small microwave and stove in the kitchen - no 'proper' oven.

Lovely apartment. Beautifully appointed. Super clean and wonderful owners. Klais is also a sweet town with pretty lights and a quick 15 minute drove to the mountains. We will stay again in a heartbeat.

Super Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war gemütlich, praktisch und vor allem sehr sauber eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unser kleiner Hund wurde auch sehr lieb mit einer kleinen Überraschung empfangen . Das Frühstück wurde auch sehr ansehnlich hergerichtet und das selbstgemachte Müsli werden wir vermissen. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Ausfugsziele genannt man konnte ihn jederzeit ansprechen und nette Gespräche führen .

Wir waren begeistert! Super nette Gastgeber, die uns viele wertvolle Tipps für die Urlaubsplanung gegeben haben und immer Zeit für ein Gespräch hatten. Das ganze Haus ist geschmackvoll und mit Blick fürs Detail eingerichtet, so dass man sich einfach wohlfühlt. Die Krönung war das Frühstück....sehr schmackhaft und perfekt angerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder....

Tolle Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern - nur zu empfehlen!

Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und gaben einem das Gefühl, zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar zu sein. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit dem Nötigsten ausgerüstet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Da wir mit Hund gereist sind, haben wir das Frühstück (super Auswahl!) sogar in die Wohnung bekommen. In der Umgebung der Wohnung ist einiges zu entdecken und so konnten wir viele Wanderungen und Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur weiterzuempfehlen!

Gerne wieder

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es gab eine Garage für unsere Fahrräder, man konnte sich Getränke holen, die Familie war sehr nett. Das Frühstück liebevoll angerichtet und lecker. Man sagt am Tag vorher was man haben möchte was dazu führt dass nix übrig bleibt. Klasse Idee. Die Zimmer sind eher einfach aber völlig in Ordnung. Und es gibt ausnahmsweise mal eine Dusche, die nicht das ganze Bad unter Wasser setzt. Für Ausflüge nach Elmau, Schachenhaus, Wank, Mittenwald und Buckelwiesen ist die Lage optimal.

Wer ein Luxushotel mit goldenen Wasserhähnen erwartet ist hier falsch. Im Freien hört man die Straße, im Zimmer nicht. Was richtig negatives kann ich eigentlich nicht berichten.

Frühstück-Ei musste extra bezahlt werden, die Zutaten fürs Frühstück am Abend zuvor angekreuzt und abgewählt werden. Zimmer war sehr ausgefüllt und daher nicht sehr warm.
