Lovely location near shops/cafés/ restaurants/supermarkets. Approx 5 min walk to water. Large fridge freezer and loads of kitchen equipment. English channels on tv. Lots of hot water. Great shower.
Problem with tv but got fixed over a day later. Not much workspace in kitchen. Had to unplug kettle for the microwave or toaster. There were a few looses electric wall sockets. The appartment is up stairs and the wooden handrail leading up to it is v v dangerous. It is v loose and rotten in places. Didn't dare touch it in case we fell through. It would have been nice to have 2 sets of keys.

The apartment is generally quite nice, with a spacious living room and interesting decorations. The host was very easy to communicate with, and we had no problem getting the keys. The location is excellent, right by the old town, but just outside of it, so it's not too noisy.
There were some minor cleanliness issues, and the kitchen was quite cramped. The biggest negative was that in the bedroom not all the window shades worked properly, and one was missing entirely, so even with the curtains closed, a lot of light entered in the morning to wake us up.
