二食込みでお得感ありました。スタッフは外国の方が多いですが頑張っていました。

平日で宿泊者も少なかったことから柔軟な対応をしていただいたことかな！
朝食に九州(鹿児島)ならではの果物がなかったことが残念であった！ちなみに、果物が一つもなかった！

食事処や温泉が最高でした。
温泉は朝早くから利用できるため、快適に過ごせました。朝食にも満足です。この金額でしたら「お得感」がかなりあります。スタッフの方の応対も、丁寧でした。
全室禁煙室だと思っていたのですが...喫煙室に宿泊することに...さほどタバコの匂いが気にならなかったので、お部屋の変更はしませんでしたが、宿泊予約ページに情報を貼っておいていただいていたら事前に「禁煙室希望」が出来たかと思います。フロア自体は、やはりタバコの匂いはします。

温泉が良かった
朝食の従業員さんの外国人の方が丁寧で笑顔で良かったお
部屋にアリがいた。
タオルが古く、薄かった。
コインランドリーに虫が多かった。
