なんと言っても立地の良さ。鹿児島中央駅に徒歩圏内であり、近隣にもコインパーキングが多くよかったです。
後は、価格です。
まず、私の確認不足だとは思いますが、部屋の鍵についてもう少し深く調べておく必要を感じました。今回は、チェックインが早まったこともあり、日中に電話で聴くことが出来たので、良かったです。
評価として、かなり清潔とのことでしたので、かなり期待していきました。想像通りで綺麗でしたが、ソファーの隙間などゴミ屑多く惜しいとも感じました。
また、仕方のない話ですが、トイレとシャワールームが狭く、私は苦手でした。ただ、これに関しても私の意見ですので、気にならない方は問題ないと思います。

Très propre et tous les ustensiles nécessaires au séjour. La propriétaire est tres gentille et réactive.
Un peu petit (couchage) pour une famille avec 2 adolescents.

部屋が広くて、YouTubeが見れる！
お風呂が少し狭い
子供がいたので、包丁がある所はチャイルドロックしてあったらもっと良かった(*^_^*)

The apartment was clean and very quiet, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and highly responsive, always quick to help and communicate clearly, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.
The space itself was a bit compact, but it was thoughtfully arranged and still felt more comfortable and practical than a standard hotel room. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great hospitality—excellent value and highly recommended.
